Research On The Efficiency Of Tourism Poverty Alleviation In Dabie Mountain Area Of Anhui Province

The Dabie Mountains in Anhui Province is one of China's revolutionary old areas and contiguous areas.The tourism resources in the region are enriched and the tourism industry is developing rapidly.The tourism development plays an increasingly important role in regional economic development,and the tourism poverty alleviation effect is remarkable.In order to give full play to the role of tourism poverty alleviation,this paper quantitatively characterizes the poverty alleviation efficiency of tourism in Dabie Mountain Area of Anhui Province,and explores the influencing factors of tourism poverty alleviation efficiency,proposes measures to improve tourism poverty alleviation efficiency according to local conditions,and transforms tourism poverty alleviation in Dabie Mountain Area of Anhui Province.Ways to optimize tourism poverty alleviation measures and effectively carry out accurate poverty alleviation work have important practical significance.This paper takes "index construction-efficiency measurement-spatial analysis-influencing factors-countermeasures" as the main line of research,based on the construction of tourism poverty alleviation efficiency evaluation index system,using DEA model for 2006-2016 12 counties in Dabie Mountain,Anhui Province Comprehensive measures of tourism poverty alleviation efficiency,and comprehensive application of GIS natural breakpoint method,MI index model,and spatial weighted regression(GWR)to the overall characteristics of tourism poverty alleviation efficiency,spatial differentiation characteristics,change trends and types,and tourism poverty alleviation efficiency The factors are systematically studied,and based on the research conclusions,combined with the actual tourism development in Dabie Mountain,Anhui Province,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The poverty alleviation efficiency of tourism in Dabie Mountain Area of Anhui Province is at a medium to low level,and the efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation shows a trend of rising volatility.The comprehensive efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation in Dabie Mountain is mainly driven by scale efficiency.The primary task of tourism poverty alleviation in the whole region should be to improve the scale of tourism development in Dabie Mountain,expand the tourist source market in Dabie Mountain,enhance the tourism reception capacity,and realize the scale of tourism development.Agglomeration effect.(2)The spatial differentiation characteristics of tourism poverty alleviation scale efficiency and tourism poverty alleviation comprehensive efficiency in Dabie Mountain Area of Anhui Province are similar.Spaces are generally high in the middle and low in the north and south.The high value areas are spreading to the north and south and the number is increasing.The low value areas are concentrated in the area.The northwest is characterized by a relatively stable number.However,the high-efficiency area with low efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation shows an evolutionary trend of gradual distribution of flaky distribution in the north and south of the region,and the high-value areas in the area are continuously decreasing,and the low-value areas are relatively stable.(3)The county was divided into four types:type I,type II,type III and type IV,using the changes in the mean and efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation efficiency in the counties of Dabie Mountain,Anhui Province.The results show that each county is in the first three types,while the IV type is not distributed.According to the characteristics of each type,type I is suitable for the mode of cooperation between government and enterprises,type II is suitable for strategic cooperation mode,and type III is suitable for industrial linkage mode.(4)Using geographically weighted regression analysis to analyze the influencing factors of tourism poverty alleviation efficiency in Dabie Mountain.The analysis found that the scale of investment,the level of human support,the level of accessibility,and the level of informatization have a positive impact on the poverty alleviation efficiency of tourism in the Dabie Mountains,and the influencing factors affecting the efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation in the Dabie Mountains are informatization level>Human Support>Level of achievement>level of three production inputs.The influence of four influencing factors on the poverty alleviation efficiency of tourism in each county is characterized by spatial variability.(5)Finally,based on the above research conclusions,combined with the tourism development in Dabie Mountain Area of Anhui Province,from the government's leading role,promoting regional coordinated development,focusing on tourism scale effect,improving regional accessibility,enhancing tourism innovation drive and selecting appropriate poverty alleviation Six aspects of the model propose targeted measures to improve the efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation in the Dabie Mountains in Anhui Province.
