Tourism Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Dabie Mountain Area:Participation Mechanism And Model Construction

Since the 21 st century,with the development of tourism,the tourism industry in the national economy of our country is more and more prominent in the position,not only promotes the development of our country's economy,boosting domestic demand,to deal with the problem of poverty in China has played a role can not be ignored.An increasing number of empirical studies have found that tourism development can help people in poor areas get rich and achieve sustainable economic development in poor areas.In 2011,the outline of China's rural poverty alleviation and development(2010-2020)determined that the da-shan area was one of the 14 contiguous areas in China.The tourism resources of dabie mountain area are rich,and the address and geomorphology are prominent,which is in line with the conditions of tourism poverty alleviation and development.Tourism poverty alleviation could play a huge role,but in the development of tourism,with the continuous development of tourism poverty alleviation,a series of questions appeared in the process of tourism poverty alleviation,such as tourism precision is not high,poor spreads,travel unsustainable,etc.In this context,in order to solve the problem of poverty in dabie mountain area,the author chose dabie mountain area as the research object,and constructed four development modes of targeted poverty alleviation of tourism in dabie mountain area.Based on concentrated most needy area at home and abroad,tourism poverty alleviation,on the basis of research accurately using space poverty theory,comparative advantage theory,stakeholder theory,sustainable development theory,the cumulative circular causality theory,through the dabie mountain area geographical location,poverty is caused by reasons,poverty characteristics,tourism resources present situation,the analysis of the difficulties for poverty alleviation,etc,in view of the development status of dabie mountain in different parts of the specific integration of agricultural tour support poverty alleviation poverty alleviation,scenic spot,jing village and poverty alleviation,characteristic town four tourism accurate model for poverty alleviation,and development of the connotation of each mode,the existing contradictions,obstacle and countermeasures in detail,and the empirical study of four typical cases.In the integration mode of agriculture and tourism,the countermeasures proposed are to improve the ecological protection mechanism,to develop reasonably and orderly,to carry out win-win cooperation and to change the idea of local residents.In tourism scenic spot support poverty reduction mode,and puts forward countermeasures on the linkage of the tourism resources development,both in the tourism development,ecological protection,promote brand and unified,establishing regional unified image,extend the heaven village tourism destination life cycle.In the construction of the poverty alleviation mode in jingcun,the countermeasures are based on culture,realizing cultural realization,strengthening residents' participation awareness and forming professional tourism talents team.In the development of poverty alleviation mode in featured towns,the proposal is to increase support for infrastructure construction in poverty-stricken areas and focus on improving the development capacity of poor villagers themselves.This study explores the more scientific and reasonable dabie mountain area tourism participation mechanism for poverty alleviation and development mode,the dabie mountain area actual crucial for poverty alleviation work has certain guidance and provide theoretical basis for the tourism development of dabie mountain area,the research perspective of precision increased tourism poverty alleviation,at the same time for the domestic other precision concentrated most needy area tourism poverty alleviation studies provide reference and reference.
