richer.That is why my country put the poverty alleviation in the so important position.At present poverty alleviation work has been put agriculture rural areas urban,finance and other words closely relates in together.China has found a good solution to solve the poverty.In recent years,the academic research of the poverty alleviation focused on the finance,agricultural industrialization,urbanization,and industrialization poverty reduction.They are not only in the overall advancement of the stage,but also they are complementary.In this paper,how to support poverty alleviation work based on the financial development as the research object,and it include agricultural industrialization and urbanization at the same time.And it researched the new method of our country finance poverty relief work and model at the present stage.Based on the above research background,the following aspects were studied in order to provide practical reference for the working poor financial poverty under the new economic situation:1.Theory and practice of poverty and anti-poverty.Firstly,start from abroad theory of poverty and antipoverty which is more mature and outlining the scholars through continuous research and practice summed up the theory and practice for centuries.Secondly,with different reference standard poverty will be divided into many types.And evaluate the foreign and domestic situation of total poverty and anti-poverty.Thirdly,the study outlines the history of anti-poverty and proposed several more anti-poverty theories which is more recognized by people.So it provided a theoretical basis for the study of poverty.2.The economy development present situation and existing problems of Dabie Mountain in Anhui.This study focuses on the financial poverty alleviation of Dabie mountain which as research subjects.And it has a brief description of the location of the Dabie Mountain area in Anhui,including its natural conditions,poverty and urbanization status.It described the current economic status of the region from economies of scale,revenue,people's lives,fiscal and investment policies and other aspects of deposits and loans.From this,we can see that the area because its particularity,such as geographical position make its long-term poorer stage,the economic situation is not ideal,but there are many data show that in recent years the government of the region make more effort to fight poverty and the local farmers and companies are subject to a lot of policy support.Meanwhile,scholars have also put forward proposals for the shortcomings of poverty reduction in the area,so as to better help the people in the region out of poverty.3.The poverty alleviation work practice of Dabie mountain area in Anhui.China's poverty alleviation work is urgent problem and is also the focus of peoples 'attention,especially for remote mountainous areas which is the most important concern.In recent years,the support for the work of poverty alleviation in China is very large,mainly from the construction of infrastructure,urban infrastructure construction,industrial development,ecological construction and environmental protection,social development and public service,strengthen the financial services and tax support,etc.Since China is agricultural country with large population and our economy started late,compared with western developed countries,we have our own characteristics,also has its own deficiency.Thus,many of our scholars and workers who went to work in the first line of poverty are respectively go way out of poverty alleviation by use theory and practice.This paper proposes a difficult task in poverty alleviation in the Dabie Mountain and highlighting problems and constraints for poverty alleviation,so it can lay a solid foundation of poverty alleviation work.4.The path and effectiveness of financial poverty of Dabie Mountain area.Count on the statistics of Dabie Mountain area of the 12 counties of and use the method of regression analysis.It did three sets of empirical analysis which are the incidence of poverty and the loan-deposit ratio,farmers 'income and rural credit,urban development and farmers' income.The result relevant to financial data as independent variables is significant response the influence extent of poverty in the region as financial support.And the greater the local poverty will do shows the effect of financial support for poverty alleviation will be better.Of course,the empirical results of this paper because of delete a number of other factors that may affect the level of poverty and financial support when we set the parameters,so the results of the analysis may overestimate the phenomenon.In addition,this article also list Jinzhai County as typical of the region to do the relevant research work which analyzed mainly in terms of the effectiveness of poverty reduction and pro-poor financial industries.And the results show that finance for poverty alleviation have absolute support role,but there are still some shortcomings and it need to be further improved.5.The financial innovation which use to support poverty reduction efforts in Dabie Mountain area.This paper analyzed about the present situation of financial payment poverty alleviation work and put forward its own views.We can see that in the poor rural and mountainous areas of financial reform and innovation,all kinds of financial organizations has a pivotal role in the economic development,not only is advantageous to the construction of new countryside construction,the construction of "three rural",but also is more advantageous to poverty alleviation and development work,and to reduce the level difference between urban and rural development,so make the door to door out of poverty.According to the research experience,we summarize the characteristics of the following major areas:the role of various types of cooperation are financial organizations,policy financial institution,policy support,financial work by the urban and rural poor structural inhibition,needs of the long-term financial are not met,rural finance and other aspects of financial supervision.The characteristic of financial reform of our country is "the first city and countryside after work",so the urban residents enjoy a much higher financial services than rural residents for a period.In the 1990 s it began to shift direction of reform,but continue to use the reform method what the city use.So it cannot solve the problem.But with the study of the financial reform issues in-depth and it began to combine poverty alleviation work and financial reform in recent years.And it reflected some results in practice,especially the CBRC approved the establishment of new rural financial organizations and financial reform program of the State Council promulgated which let the work of rural financial reform and financial poverty alleviation see the hope.From a certain extent,a series of innovative work after the establishment of new type of rural financial organizations solve the problem of the rural financial supply.The new financial products are more suitable for enterprises and individuals to use these areas,so that their cash flow smoothly,living standards have gradually improved.And what makes it to the higher and faster development.6.Suggestions and prospects of promote the reform of financial support poverty alleviation work of Dabie mountain area.The theory analysis of the impact of financial development on poverty reduction shows that the effect of financial development on poverty reduction through two ways.The one is the direct impact which the financial institutions providing savings and credit to the poor and help them accumulate capital to meet larger financing needs.It provided credit support to the poor,so they have the ability to make the investments and improve the long-term income level.Another is the indirect impact.The development of financial promoted economic growth,then the economic growth through the "trickle effect" and "pro-poor growth" to reduce poverty.The empirical results show that the past two decades,rural financial development on poverty incidence,poverty depth and intensity of poverty have a significant negative effect.In other words,the development of rural finance can contribute to the reduction of poverty.At the same time,the rural economic growth has negative effect on the depth of incidence of poverty,poverty and the intensity of poverty in the long run,namely the economic growth rate is higher,the lower the incidence of poverty,the smaller the depth and intensity of poverty and poverty.This shows that China's economic growth is an important factor in promoting poverty reduction and the"trickle effect" of economic growth is an important way to reduce poverty.The empirical test result shows that the rural financial reform has achieved great success to some extent and the rural financial
