| The demonstration of farmers’ professional cooperatives has played a key role in the development of agricultural modernization.The level of its operational efficiency is crucial to its own development and the development of agricultural innovation in China.The research and evaluation of the operational efficiency of the demonstration of professional cooperatives of different levels of farmers is conducive to the balanced development of the demonstration of professional cooperatives of farmers at all levels,to find out the different reasons for the low efficiency of demonstration of professional cooperatives of different levels of farmers,so that the resource allocation can be achieved as much as possible.The optimal state,targeted improvement of operational efficiency level and self-reform,so that the demonstration of farmers’ professional cooperatives is more competitive in farmers’ professional cooperatives or other agricultural enterprises.After referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper takes117 demonstrations of farmers’ professional cooperatives as the research object,and conducts empirical research on its technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and its influencing factors.Firstly,using the data envelopment analysis method,the total investment of the year,the amount of training of the members and the number of members as the input indicators,and the income and surplus amount of the year as the output indicators,the overall efficiency of the demonstration of 117 farmers’ professional cooperatives was studied.The overall average efficiency of the demonstration of farmers’ professional cooperatives is obtained.Afterwards,the demonstrations of these farmers’ professional cooperatives are divided into four levels and the efficiency is studied one by one.It is concluded that the municipal model society has the highest technical efficiency and the county model society has the lowest technical efficiency.Secondly,the DEA-Tobit model is constructed.The regression analysis method is used to empirically test various influencing factors affecting the technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the demonstration society.Finally,the age of the responsible person,the training rate of the members,and the brand of their own products are obtained.The title of national model society and the title of provincial model agency have a significant positive impact on the demonstration technical efficiency of farmers’ professional cooperatives;the total amount of funds,the number of councils and supervisors,the number of farmers and the responsible technical efficiency of farmers for farmers’ professional cooperatives There was a significant negative impact;the level of information fluency,the amount of state financial subsidies received,and the amount of borrowing failed to pass the significance test.According to the research conclusions drawn from the empirical analysis: some suggestions are made in a targeted manner.: First,we must improve the demonstration internal management and operation mechanism of farmers’ professional cooperatives.Second,focus on improving the overall human resources of farmers’ professional cooperatives.Capital level,third,optimize the demonstration business model and social service system of farmers’ professional cooperatives.Fourth,improve the scientific and technological level of demonstration of farmers’ professional cooperatives.Fifth,Enhance the introduction of talents and optimize the way government supports,and finally give research outlook. |
