Farmers’ cooperative cooperatives are based on the subcontracting management system of family solidarity among members of the professional cooperatives as a new type of agricultural management entity. It plays an important role in developing agriculture, increasing farmers’ income, and developing regional agriculture.Naiman country,south-west of the Inner Mongolia, met the poverty-stricken county exit criteria in February 2020.As an ethnic minority region, the local government of Naiman country,Inner Mongolia, attaches great importance to the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives. But in the national scope, especially the southern developed city compares the disparity is big. This paper takes Naiman country,Inner Mongolia as the research object, through literature research, field research, interview survey and other methods, the development of professional cooperatives in Naiman country farmers. In terms of quantity, scale, distribution and organization model, this paper sorts out the current situation of the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Naiman country.Taking three representative farmers’ professional cooperatives with local characteristics as examples,in order:Fangying professional farming cooperatives,Baiyinhanggai professional farming cooperatives,Cui Xiaojun professional farmers’ cooperatives, according to their different development models, they are divided into three types, namely,"branch leading type","leading enterprise-driven type " and "capable person leading type",based on the analysis of the development and operation of case cooperatives, the author summarizes the development experience of case cooperatives, and makes a brief evaluation of this type of cooperative model. After field research and interviews,it is found that there are many problems in the development of farmers’ Professional Cooperatives in Naiman country: the local brand characteristics are not distinct, the farmers’ endogenous development motivation is insufficient, the smaller cooperatives are not adapted to the market competition, the phenomenon of "empty shell cooperatives" is in the majority, and the relevant agricultural professionals are still in short supply. In the light of the above, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of farmers’ Professional Cooperatives in Naiman country: according to Natural Resources, geographical location and other reasons, regional brands can be established and local characteristic cooperatives can be vigorously developed; The government has actively implemented laws and regulations on cooperatives to reduce the existence of "shell societies" and to raise farmers’ awareness of cooperation,we will make greater efforts to publicize farmers’ professional cooperatives and increase their participation;improve the management system of cooperatives so that they operate in a more standardized manner;and increase financial support to promote the sustainable development of farmers’ professional cooperatives.
