Employee relationship is the focus on Scientific Management and allocation of Enterprise Human Resources,How to deal with the contradictions and problems between the Enterprise and the employees,between the employees and the employees,it's not only a problem that managers need to think about,but also a necessary move to maintain a harmonious working environment and good employee relationship in an enterprise.Therefore,we should realize the importance and necessity of the scientific management of employee relations for the rational allocation and management of human resources.So,we should deeply analysis the connotation and meaning of employee relations in management,combined with the characteristics of its management that it can give full play to its functions and functions in practical work,so as to improve the level of personnel management.Fortune Securities Company,as a local securities company in Hunan Province,has a big gap with the large comprehensive securities companies in the forefront of the country.How to change this gap? Only by improving the soft power of management and human resource management can we survive and expand in the competition.Optimizing employee relationship management is the key to retain and use talents scientifically.It is also a great challenge for wealth securities companies to quickly build the competitiveness of human resources management.This study attempts to take Fortune Securities company as a prototype,under the guidance of the theory of employee relationship and management,this study attempts to carry out a field investigation and analysis on the current employee relationship management system of the company,taking Fortune Securities Company as a prototype,to sort out the development context of employee relationship management at home and abroad.Under the background of in-depth understanding of Fortune securities company,this paper makes an on-the-spot investigation and analysis of the current employee relationship management system of the company,briefly summarizes the status quo of the development of Fortune securities company,and summarizes and analyzes the current situation of employee relationship management of the company.According to the reality of Fortune securities company,a questionnaire was designed for employee labor relations management,internal communication,salary level,job pressure and interpersonal relationship,corporate culture,etc.,to found that the employee relationship management of the company has problems such as low enthusiasm of employees,poor internal communication,high turnover rate and so on,which is mainly due to the fact that CF securities pay more attention to the promotion of business in the course of the management,and the attention to employee relationship management is not enough.This study fully understand the existing problems of employee relationship management in the company,and deeply analyzed the causes of the problem,put forward the relevant countermeasures to improve the wealth securities employee relationship management,including: perfecting the employee relationship management system,building efficient communication.Mechanism,revision of the salary incentive system,strengthening the construction of corporate culture and other six aspects.Through some empirical research on employee relationship management of Fortune securities company,this paper finds the deficiency of employee relationship management,and then looks for the rule in it,summarizes the experience,and provides reference advice for the company to improve the level of employee relationship management.And gradually improve the company's staff management system,turn the employee relationship into a dynamic management,and finally achieve a good match with the company's development status and development strategy.
