The employees is an important part of the enterprise, but also an important foundation for the enterprise to carry out management activities. With the continuous development of social economy, employees has become an indispensable and important resources of the enterprise. To strengthen employee management, proper handling the relationship between enterprise employees, has very important significance for the development of modern enterprises. Today, the transformation of enterprise employee thought concept, making the enterprise employees relationship management become more complex. How to solve the work and life problems of employees, care for the employee’s work mood, make in-depth communication and exchanges with employees, ensure the enterprise economic benefit on the basis of ensuring employee satisfaction will be an important issue in the development of enterprises in the future that must be faced and taken seriously. At present, the domestic studies of employee relationship management are abundant and fruitful, but as the professional strong, leading enterprises cannot be achieved remarkable results in the actual application process, the author thinks that we should start from the understanding of employee relationship management, clear the importance of employee relationship management, grasp the effective methods of employee relationship management. This article carry out further study on employee relationship management based on the research at home and abroad, analysis of the main content and the center of employee relationship management from employee relationship characteristics, influencing factors and many other aspects, and analysis of the main problems of employee relationship management of X-group Shandong electiric power company, to find effective ways to maintain and improve employee relations, in order to better promote the enterprise employee’s job performance, meet the actual demand of enterprise development, supplement and perfect the research-related aspects. This paper used literature research method, investigation method and other specific method in the research process, and taking the power enterprises in Dezhou and Binzhou as the sample, to investigate and assess the specific problems of X-group Shandong electiric power company employee relationship management, to classify the employee relationship management problems according to different criteria, and puts forward some improvement methods and way of enterprise employee relationship based on the research at home and abroad.
