"How to survive and develop continuously and steadily" is a fundamental challenge for every company in the contemporary world.There are so many important factors determining the success of companies such as crowded market,variable customer demand and emerging creative products.As a core business of a high quality company,new product development is an effective lever that could improve the overall competences.it's also the source power to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,companies need pay more attention to the new product development projects.This paper takes the new product development project of M Liquor Group as an example,associates with the competition situation of liquor companies in our country,puts forward the method to leads Lean Management Theory into the key process of new product development project.Lean Management focuses on two aspects:one is let Lean Management Theory run through the whole process of new product development,that will help us to find the influence factors of project progress and quality;the other one is to find solutions of specific problems and put them into practice.If a company wants to occupy the dominant position in the fierce competition market,the first thing should to do is to increase investment in new product development projects.Firstly,this paper introduces some basic theories in the fields of new product development,project management and lean management,it's the theoretical basis of new product development project management of M Liquor Group.Secondly,this paper uses problem-oriented analysis method to find the problems of new product development project of M Liquor Group.According to the problems,it puts forward improvement strategies which combine the personnel leaning,progress leaning and quality leaning.This paper strive to solve the existing problems of new product development project of M Liquor Group in an all-round way,which includes improving the quality of key project person,adjusting the organizational structure of the company's project,and introducing concurrent engineering,product approval,PAPSO and quality gate.In addition,this paper combine theory with practice,through the practical application of the above improvement measures in the new product development project of M Liquor Group,to confirm the practicability and necessity of lean management for new product development project of M Liquor Group.In the end,this paper evaluates the effect of improving implementation by using project completion time and project process capability CPK and analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation results show that,after the implementation of improvement measures,the whole new product development project operates well.The expected goal is achieved.The cooperation of various departments is stable and efficient in company.It makes the development time and quality of new products catch up with market demand.In the meantime,The improvement of product quality leads to the promotion of market competitiveness of companies.By implementing the series of effective improvement methods,the Lean management level in New Product Development Project of M Liquor Group is remarkably improved.It's also provides new ideas for lean management of other liquor groups,which has important reference value.
