Research On The Problems Of Land Reserve In T City

In the early 1990s,China's economic system reform began to advance gradually,the urban land reserve system was born in this historical context,which is an institutional innovation in the field of urban land management.It has changed the original mode of land supply,strengthened the government's control over urban land,gradually made the land market develop healthily and stably,improved the government revenue and public service delivery.Starting from the urban land reserve system,this paper introduces the connotation,objective and function of land reserve,and analyzes the specific practice process of urban land reserve.Secondly,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current operation status and existing problems of the urban land reserve system in China,especially the operation characteristics of the land reserve system in typical cities such as hangzhou,wuhan and Shanghai.Thirdly,this paper introduces the city of T land reserve operation conditions,including land reserve mechanism,development,implementation,results,operation mode and source of funds,reveals the current legal system of the existence of T city land reserve mechanism is not sound,poor land reserve planning,funding sources,single channel,land reserve structure imbalance and so on.Finally,the paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the above problems,such as improving relevant legislation,formulating scientific and reasonable land reserve plan,expanding financing channels and improving the structure of land reserve.
