Study On Sustainable Livelihood Of Farmers In Xijiang Miao Village From The Perspective Of Tourism

In December 2018,the Ministry of Culture and Tourism,the National Development and Reform Commission and other 17 departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Sustainable Development of Rural Tourism" to promote rural tourism quality and efficiency,and to make rural tourism sustainable and high-quality development Important measures to implement the rural revitalization strategy.As one of the alternatives to the sustainable development of rural areas,tourism will definitely have an important impact on the development of micro-farmers'livelihoods.From the perspective of farmers,the impact of rural tourism development on farmers is the core,and farmers are the direct bearers of tourism impact.Therefore,in the context of rural tourism,through the establishment of poverty farmers'livelihood capital evaluation index system,study the changes and influencing factors of the livelihood capital of poor farmers before and after the development of rural tourism,and then propose countermeasures to improve the livelihood capital of poor farmers,to achieve accurate poverty alleviation.The practical goal and the promotion of the sustainability of the livelihood capital of poor farmers have important guiding significance.Based on the theoretical analysis framework of sustainable livelihood,this paper uses the interview method,questionnaire survey method and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to study the sustainable livelihood of farmers,and constructs the poor farmers in Xijiang Miao Village of Guizhou Province.The evaluation index system of continuous livelihood,with the help of Delphi method,Logistic regression model and other tool models,empirically analyze the livelihood status of farmers in Xijiang Miaozhai scenic spot.Specifically,it includes six parts of research content:the first part is the introduction.It explains the research background of the thesis and expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the research.The review of domestic and foreign literature research also shows the main research methods and technical routes of the research;the second part is the theoretical basis.Explain the concept of sustainable livelihood,the content of the framework,and the theory of tourism and community development;the third part is research design.First interview and questionnaire design,and then collect data through research,and build the evaluation index system and method of livelihood capital;the fourth part is empirical analysis.First,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data were analyzed.Then,the evaluation of the livelihood capital of poor farmers is carried out.Thirdly,the factors affecting the livelihood strategies of poor farmers are analyzed.Finally,the evaluation of sustainable livelihood results of poor farmers is carried out;the fifth part is the optimization path research of sustainable livelihoods.Based on the analysis results of the previous part,the problems found in the research are refined,and corresponding countermeasures and safeguard measures are taken from the government,farmers and enterprises.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The farmers in Xijiang Miaozhai scenic spot choose the main part of the farmer's tourism;the farmer's livelihood capital value is at a medium level,there is a large room for improvement and improvement;in terms of capital type,it mainly benefits from human capital,financial capital and nature.The contribution of capital,while the role of social capital and physical capital is relatively weak.(2)The factors affecting the livelihood strategies of farmers mainly include four aspects:family labor capacity,tourism business housing area,family location and social network support.(3)Rural tourism has a certain degree of improvement in the sustainable development of farmers'economic,social,cultural and environmental aspects.But there are several problems.First,prices in the scenic spot have risen and the cost of living has increased.Second,the gap between the rich and the poor among farmers has increased.Third,undermining the authenticity of local culture has worsened the local ecological environment.(4)The promotion strategies for sustainable livelihood of farmers in Xijiang Miaozhai mainly include:policy level,releasing dividends from poverty alleviation policies,building a shared platform for sharing and creating a livable environment;at the farmer level,transforming development concepts,upgrading their capabilities,and expanding camps At the enterprise level,strengthen employee skills training,carry out pairing assistance,and upgrade the level of facilities;and improve safeguard measures from four aspects,namely,improve the social security system,enhance the security of the tourism community,improve the poverty alleviation supervision and assessment mechanism,and increase tourism.talent development.
