Research On The Relationship Among Entrepreneurs' Social Capital,Dynamic Capability And Innovation Performance

China's economic growth is changing from "factor-driven,investment-driven to innovation-driven".In such national economic trends,enterprises should constantly accumulate innovation energy and focus on innovation and development.In this process,the role of entrepreneurs will become increasingly prominent.Based on the theory of social capital and dynamic capability,this paper holds that social capital acquired by entrepreneurs through social networks can drive enterprise innovation,and dynamic capability of enterprises can "activate,this part of capital,thus promoting the improvement of enterprise innovation performance.Based on this,in order to deeply explore the "black box" of the relationship between Entrepreneur Social Capital,enterprise dynamic capability and enterprise innovation performance,this paper constructs a conceptual theoretical model of "entrepreneur social capital-Enterprise Dynamic Capability-innovation performance".This research framework consists of independent variables(entrepreneur social capital),intermediary variables(dynamic capability)and outcome variables(enterprise innovation performance).It explores the logical relationship among the three variables and uses survey data to test.After a series of empirical studies,this paper concludes that entrepreneurs' social capital has a positive impact on innovation performance,and has a positive impact on the dynamic capabilities of some enterprises.Moreover,entrepreneurs' social capital exerts influence on enterprise innovation performance through the intermediary role of dynamic capability,which is the complete intermediary variable between them.Therefore,for entrepreneurs,they can enhance their status in the social network by striving to improve their own quality and establish authority,maintain good interaction with members of the social network,maintain mutual trust in social relations,especially actively communicate with entrepreneurs with the same vision,so as to increase innovation cooperation among enterprises and promote the progress of dynamic capabilities of enterprises.Enhance the value and competitive advantage of enterprises and enhance innovation performance.For enterprises,on the one hand,in the face of rapidly changing external environment,enterprises should maintain learning ability,strengthen their understanding and digestion of knowledge to enhance technical barriers and drive development by innovation;on the other hand,after acquiring new resources,enterprises should constantly improve their ability to integrate and rationally allocate internal resources in order to carry out innovative activities smoothly;on the other hand,enterprises should also enhance their ability to integrate and rationally allocate internal resources to carry out innovative activities smoothly.We should improve management efficiency,dare to change,timely and timely reorganization of the organization,such as department settings,process optimization and so on;to promote the improvement of enterprise innovation performance.For the government,in order to give full play to the positive influence of entrepreneurs on enterprises,it is necessary for the government to formulate more effective policies to provide entrepreneurs with a platform for foreign exchanges and inter-industry,cross-industry synergistic development,and even an international stage,to affirm the role of entrepreneurs in enterprises,to encourage the ideas and directions of cooperation and innovation among enterprises,and to help enterprises to enhance vitality and perseverance.Taking the road of innovation-driven development is also conducive to the realization of China's "Going Out"internationalization strategy.
