| With the rapid development of global economy,enterprises must constantly improve their competitive advantages if they want to occupy an advantageous position in the fierce market competition.Corporate social capital has become an important resource that enterprises and even all walks of life pay more and more attention to.The dynamic capability of an enterprise is a kind of flexible capability that enables it to maintain balance in a changeable environment.Performance is basically what every enterprise pursues,which includes the performance obtained through innovation,namely innovation performance.Then,as a kind of resource,how to give play to the dynamic ability of enterprises to mobilize it and thus improve their innovation performance has become the focus of modern enterprises.Under the guidance of social capital theory,dynamic capability theory and innovation performance theory,this paper selected foreign-funded pharmaceutical enterprises as the research object by using literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method,to discuss the relationship between social capital,dynamic capability and innovation performance of enterprises.Firstly,this paper systematically reviews the relevant research achievements of social capital theory,dynamic capability theory and innovation performance theory,and sorts out and summarizes them,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research of this paper.Secondly,the concepts of the components of social capital,dynamic capability and innovation performance in this study are given,and the dimensionality division structure adopted in this paper is determined,which lays a theoretical foundation for the hypothesis of the subsequent research.In addition,based on the basic theory and research method,the conceptual model of this paper is constructed,and the connotation of the previous dimensions is explained in combination with the research content,and the hypothesis of this paper is put forward,which lays a foundation for the empirical analysis.In addition,the design and development of questionnaire and scale are carried out according to the research hypothesis.And then according to the foreign pharmaceutical enterprise survey data,using statistical software for statistical data related to SPSS23.0,inspection,analysis of the model set by validation,study corporate social capital has positive effect on dynamic capability and innovation performance,dynamic capabilities have a positive effect on the innovation performance,and dynamic capabilities in the enterprise plays a role of intermediary between social capital and innovation performancerelationship.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is summarized,and the research enlightenment is put forward.At the same time,the shortcomings and prospects of this paper are pointed out.The innovation of this paper is as follows: first,this paper proposes the dimension composition of enterprise social capital.Based on the study of the existing literature on corporate social capital,in the dimensionality division of corporate social capital,it is proposed to use relationship network and common values as latent variables to replace the application of structural dimension and relational dimension.Enriched social capital theory and resource theory;Second,the dimension division of dynamic capability.In the past,scholars did not have a unified conclusion on the division of dynamic ability,and the division of dimensions was multiple and overlapping.In this paper,the dimension of this variable was re-divided into three dimensions of absorption,integration and innovation ability,which made the division of dimensions clearer and easier to understand and enriched the research on dynamic ability of enterprises.Thirdly,the relationship model of social capital-dynamic capability-enterprise innovation performance is constructed.This paper analyzes the impact of social capital and dynamic capability on innovation performance of foreign-funded pharmaceutical enterprises.Previous literatures mostly measured the innovation performance of pharmaceutical enterprises from the perspective of research and development input and output,and less from the perspective of social capital resources of enterprises to measure output innovation and management innovation. |
