Research On The Relationship Between Dynamic Capability Of Technological Innovation,Open Innovation Model And Innovation Performance

At present,China’s economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development,it is in the key period of changing the development model and optimizing the economic structure,and the technological innovation of enterprises has become the core driving force of this process.The rise of the sharing economy and the deepening of the Internet to the open innovation situation have opened up a new direction for the technological innovation of enterprises,and at the same time changed the traditional innovation process of enterprises,and put forward higher requirements for the technological innovation ability of enterprises.Resource constraints,fierce competition and other highly dynamic external environment make enterprises focus on the dynamic capability of technological innovation and open innovation model,in order to promote innovation performance.But at present,the relationship between the dynamic capability of technological innovation,open innovation model and innovation performance is not clear,which makes enterprises lack of targeted guidance on how to accurately improve their capabilities and make open innovation decisions.Based on this,this study takes the dynamic capability of technological innovation as the antecedent variable of the open innovation model,and takes the open innovation model as the way to realize the capability to performance,through the variable subdivision and systematic empirical research,further clarify the relationship between the three variables.The main process of this study: First of all,through theoretical and literature research,we can accurately grasp the connotation of variables and divide the dynamic capability of technological innovation into three dimensions: the capability of technology opportunity perception,the capability of innovation resource integration and the capability of organizational change,divide the open innovation model into two types: inbound open innovation and outbound open innovation;Secondly,the paper deduces the conceptual model of empirical research and puts forward four groups of 17 research hypotheses of three sub-dimension capability,two open innovation models and innovation performance;Then,we choose the questionnaire survey method as the data collection method and collect 323 samples of enterprise data.Statistical analysis shows that most of the sample enterprises are manufacturing enterprises with certain R&D input basis;Finally,with the help of SPSS22.0 and Amos23.0 software,after verifying the data quality standard,the paper carries out the direct path analysis based on the structural equation model to test the 11 direct relationship function hypotheses proposed in this paper,bootstrap-based mediation effect analysis and further grammar implementation were carried out to test 6 specific mediation hypotheses.The main findings are as follows:(1)The three dimensions of dynamic capability of technological innovation have significant positive effects on innovation performance;(2)The two dimensions of open innovation model have significant positive impact on innovation performance;(3)All the three dimensions of dynamic capability of technological innovation have a significant positive effect on inbound open innovation and outbound open innovation,among them,the innovative resources integration capability has the most direct impact on the inbound open innovation,and the organizational change capability has the most direct impact on the outbound open innovation;(4)Both inbound open innovation and outbound open innovation can play a part in mediating between the three dimensions of dynamic capability of technological innovation and innovation performance.In addition to varying degrees of support for the research hypothesis,a comparative analysis of the proportion of mediating effects reveals that:(5)The capability of technology opportunity perception is more dependent on the intermediary of open innovation model;(6)The indirect utility of organizational change capability and technology opportunity perception capability is mainly played by the outbound open innovation,and the indirect utility of innovative resources integration capability is mainly played by the inbound open innovation.This research deepens the effective connection between the theory of dynamic capabilities of technological innovation and the theory of open innovation,and clarifies the interaction between the dynamic capabilities of technological innovation,the open innovation model and innovation performance,furthermore,we find the most effective indirect ways to exert the ability of three dimensions.Finally,the paper puts forward three suggestions for the reference of enterprises: Nurturing and improving their dynamic capabilities for technological innovation,investing more in research and building open innovation thinking,and pursuing open strategies that match their capabilities.
