In recent years,with the gradual maturity of socialist market economy and the diversified reform of enterprise employment,labor dispatch has been developing rapidly and widely used in China.As a new labor mode in today's human resource management,labor dispatch is established in the process of the gradual perfection of the human resource market.It is a new labor mode adapted to the market economy,which is dominated by the market and independently chosen by enterprises.Therefore,the emergence and formation of labor dispatch employment mode makes the originally solidified labor employment mode of enterprises more abundant,which is widely recognized by enterprises and employees,and develops and matures in a relatively short time.In China,the enterprises using the labor dispatch system are mainly large or medium-sized and established state-owned enterprises.Due to the large demand for personnel,the original single personnel structure cannot fully meet the needs of enterprise development.The emergence of labor dispatch employees just solves the actual needs of state-owned enterprises in China.However,it's only been a short time since the labor dispatching employment pattern is introduced into our country time,and it's very different from the regular patterns of employment,so,the vast of employers and labor dispatch service company in China did not set scientific and reasonable measures for management and the incentive form is too simple.There are not enough incentive mechanisms of labor dispatching employees,and no perfect incentive system,etc.Therefore,it is urgent to establish an effective incentive mechanism to improve the management and use of dispatched employees by employers and labor dispatch companies.This paper takes ZC Company's incentive problem to the dispatched employees as the research object.Firstly,it states the background,purpose,significance,relevant experience and research status of the mode of labor dispatch and employment at home and abroad.Secondly,it defines the research scope and related concepts,as well as the theoretical basis.Thirdly,by investigating the current situation of incentives for employees dispatched by ZC Company,this paper analyzes the incentive demands of employees dispatched by ZC Company and the deficiencies in the incentive methods.Finally,it proposed targeted solution measures according to the analysis of the problem and estimated the effect of the measures may achieve.At the same time,it also provides some good references for the enterprises with the same problem of labor dispatch on how to improve their incentive problem of labor dispatch.
