Supplier Evaluation Index System For OEM Company

Accompanied by China’s accession to the global market,market brings the enterprise to the new height and put forward a higher requirement for them. Enterprises can not meet new environment requirement,only depending on the business model that enterprise take part in market competition. As a result nowadays global enterprises are actively seeking competitive supply chain mode of operation.The competition between the supply chain has become the mode of modern enterprises competition. How to select the best suppliers is a severe problem in developing companies and carrying out supply chain strategy. Supplier evaluation system can effectively evaluate vendors and select best suppliers for business service. Therefore, further research in supply chain supplier selection evaluation system not only has important theoretical value, but also has higher practical guiding significance.This paper respectively summarizes the status of the evaluation index system at home and abroad,secondly, based on the analysis of the situation of vendor supply chain evaluation, it constructs hierarchical model; thirdly, use fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for supplier evaluation and analysis; then verifies based on the analysis results, and the finally show that this method is more than effective solution to the subjective evaluation problems in the supplier selection process, but also provides a more reliable evaluation result.
