in this new era or internet economy,industry intormation revolution speed is accelerated,the diversification of social consciousness deepening,especially along with the reform and opening up and in-depth development of market economy,the high quality staff to a certain extent,represents the enterprise development potential,therefore,the enterprise in order to be able to obtain advantages in the fierce competition in the era of Internet economy,from the staff team construction and the breakthrough point,staff training is to improve employees'comprehensive quality,improve the enterprise human capital scientific path,in the enterprise also has attracted much attention.The main products of KL company are automobile,motorcycle decorative strips,decorative parts and metal structural parts,etc.The users of these products are mainly automobile,motorcycle and other manufacturing enterprise groups in Chongqing.In the perspective of global economic integration,the operation of the company external economic environment and market atmosphere brings a certain degree of impact,do exist some defects in the training system,at the same time the company is the nature of the manufacture type enterprises,but not enough positive of grass-roots staff training process,the content of the training is not enough joint and the actual work,training and after the training effect and no security system,there is no comprehensive analysis on the production line of employee training needs and requirements,training of the whole system is not perfect,confirm the way is not scientific and reasonable training effect,The above series of factors all affect the improvement of the quality and professional level of enterprise employees.Therefore,it is extremely urgent for KL company to build a complete employee training mechanism.This article along KL company start-up period of the human resources system to the present mature context,discusses KL company currently facing the plight of human resources training system,through the interview method,questionnaire method,in-depth understanding of KL company's current training system problems,aiming at these deficiencies,at the same time,combined with the current trend of social development and national macro policy,for KL company including the training facilities,training teachers and the system construction to improve it.Because company KL belongs to the manufacturing enterprise,especially the production department,the training of practical operation ability is more important than common knowledge,which should be strengthened.
