The Digital Science and Technology Museum is an important part of the development of China's popular science service standardization.The use of advanced information technology represented by AI,VR,AR and 3D printing has brought about tremendous changes in the resources construction,service content and service process of the Digital Science and Technology Museum,supporting standardization work needs to be improved.How is the role of science education in digital science and technology museums reflected?How can the user's popular science service experience be effectively protected?How can the effectiveness of the construction of the Digital Science and Technology Museum be feedback through effective channels?Focusing on these practical problems,this paper takes China Digital Science and Technology Museum as an empirical research object.Based on extensive literature research,based on SERVQUAL and other theories,this paper explores the construction of a digital science and technology museum service quality evaluation conceptual model with user experience as the core and outstanding educational significance.The model is modified and verified by statistical analysis methods such as exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis.The model constructed is used to evaluate the quality of service of the China Digital Science and Technology Museum.The research finds that:(1)The structural equation model analysis conclusions verify the theoretical model constructed by exploratory factor analysis.The model fitting index is in the standard range,and the observation variable and the theoretical model fit well.(2)Relevant path The coefficients show that the four latent variables of service effect,educational role,empathy and environmental characteristics have a significant impact on the user's popular science service experience,and each variable has a positive correlation between them;(3)China Digital Science and Technology Museum's services Quality(SQ)performed very well,especially in terms of service effectiveness and environmental construction,but scored relatively low in terms of emotional dimensions.(4)There are significant differences in the experience of service,education,and emotional attitudes due to different characteristics such as age,gender,and academic qualifications.
