With the development of the society,our country's education reform is carried out step by step and the cultivation of scientific quality gradually occupies the space of top prominence in the education.Various forms of education have also arisen.Both formal education and informal education have attracted national attention.Modern science education in elementary school aims to cultivate the students' scientific quality focusing on scientific knowledge,scientific inquiry as well as emotional attitude and the values.Science learning should pursue the core role of inquiry and the inquiry activity should take stimulating a child's interest in science as precondition.In the actual teaching process the teacher need try to maintain and develop the students' curiosity about the world around them as well as a strong thirst for knowledge.Therefor it will promote students to form a scientific attitude consisting of bold visions,respecting evidences and creative spirits.Science and technology museum is an important position to carry out popular science education in our country.It has sound scientific facilities and well scientific atmosphere.Besides it plays an significant role in training the students' scientific quality.But at present the science teaching inquiry activities in the elementary school based on the science and technology museum is not so extensive.Many problems still need further discussion.Therefore,we design a regime called " 'small gadget great ability' science education activities".We hope that implementing and thinking of the project can provide expenses for science technology museums carrying out science education activists based on museum-school collaboration.The research consists of following several aspects:The first is the introduction part.The research is analyzed from the research background,research significance as well as research methods and the research topic is proposed.The second part studies the related education development situation which analyzing the research process of science and technology museum education both at home and abroad,analyzing the research process of science education in primary school both at home and abroad,illustrating the rise of science education and the development of our country's science education in modern history.The third part illuminates that the paper is based on constructivism theory,STEM education theory as well as brain science theory.The fourth part analyzes the of the science education in the elementary school and the characteristics of the popular science education in the science and technology museum.We conclude that there are some questions in the elementary school science educations such as serious teachers' profession,lack of teaching resources,relatively single teaching form and teaching method,attaching importance to heavy task while despising creation.We also conclude that there are some problems in the science and technology museum education such as the flexible educated personnel,lack of professionals,old-fashioned forms of science and technology museum education,lack of innovation in popular science education concept.Besides,we analyze the trend of current museum-school cooperation.The form of the combination of science and technology museum education and school education is relatively single,i.e.students use collective extracurricular time to visit the science museum and identify the museum as a way of expanding extracurricular knowledge.The fifth part illuminates the rational foundation of the research content,content choice,activity principle and mode selection firstly and then designs the popular science education activities is play application duction,displaying and applying interesting videos,competitive activity experiences,visiting the practice operation to broaden student's horizons,operating as well as making a summary and an evaluation.Through the concrete implementation,the author summarized the disadvantages,and made a second revision,which mainly refer to a matter of time and link problem.The last part makes a summary and expectation on this research.Because there are some difficulties in the study,the sdudy is not so insufficient.We hope that other researchers will make a further study.
