Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Science Popularization Public Service In Inner Mongolia Science And Technology Museum

The Science and Technology Museum is a public welfare institution whose purpose is to popularize scientific and technological knowledge,promote economic and social development,be responsible for displaying scientific and technological achievements and development,organize science and technology exhibitions,carry out scientific and technological activities,and provide social services.The informal social education services provided by the Science and Technology Museum complement,extend and develop family education and school education.At the Science and Technology Third Conference in 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that science and technology innovation and popularization of science are the two wings of innovation and development.Without the general improvement of the scientific quality of the whole people,it is difficult to establish a large army of high-quality innovations and achieve rapid transformation of scientific and technological achievements.As a provincial science and technology education venue,the Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Museum is responsible for popularizing young people's scientific and cultural knowledge in ethnic minority areas,implementing the strategy of scientific and educational development areas,and improving the scientific quality of citizens in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The purpose of this article is to analyze the public demand and satisfaction of the inner Mongolia science and technology museum through questionnaire survey,summarize the problems existing in the public service of the inner Mongolia science and technology museum,and put forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions for these problems.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction.This paper expounds the background of the topic,research significance,research review,and introduces the main research content,innovation andmain research methods.The second part is related concepts and basic theories.This paper introduces the concept,nature,function,value,origin and development of science and technology museum,and introduces the relevant theoretical basis used in this paper.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of public service in Inner Mongolia science and Technology Museum.Through statistical analysis of the questionnaire,we find out the problems of public service in Inner Mongolia science and Technology Museum.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the problems.The fifth part,Inner Mongolia science and Technology Museum to improve public service capacity of countermeasures.According to the statistical analysis and summary of the research results of the questionnaire,this paper expounds the Countermeasures of Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Museum to improve the ability of public service of science popularization from the aspects of meeting the needs of the service objects,building a service exchange platform,improving the service quality level,and improving the service methods.
