Along with economic globalization level elevates and government departments takes more notice to boost "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the significance of small and medium-sized enterprises in the present economy market has become obviously prominent,and the contest between companies has become more fierce.As a result,enhancing the human resource management ability of SMEs is not only a demand to acquire long-standing strength,but also an indispensable assurance to fulfill sustainable development.Small and medium-sized enterprises play a significant role in the economic development of Hubei Province,they provide three-quarters of job opportunities and contributes more than half of the fiscal revenue.Small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important support for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises under the new normal in Hubei Province.The human resource management level of SEMs in China is still in the prime period of exploration.Even if some research discoveries have been gained in past years,there are still many problems should not be neglected.In spite of the performances of these questions distinguish among diversified areas and industries,the contradictions have inevitably impacted the market competition and development life of SMEs.Most of the SEMs in Hubei Province mainly focus on traditional manufacturing and traditional service industries.The problems highlighted by enterprises in human resource management also have certain characteristics of industry.Based on the surveys of human resource management of SMEs in Hubei province,this article expounds the essential status of human resource management in contemporary business management.Through the detailed analysis of the human resources management of the SMEs in Hubei province caused by diversified weaknesses from both the company itself and market situation,the two major elements to comprehend the causes for the phenomenon.Depend on the successful experience gathered from internal and overseas enterprises about human resources management,the thesis proposes some steps to advance the human resources management standard of SMEs in Hubei province.
