The Small and medium-sized enterprise is the dominant force in the market economyin our country, but also the main force in technology innovation, the medium-sized andsmall enterprise has incomparable agility and creativity with big enterprise, and people isthe main body, the human resource is the first resource, so it is more important for humanresources of scientific and reasonable development.In order to better promote the development of enterprises, small and medium-sizedenterprises in Inner Mongolia need to explore the situation of human resourcesdevelopment mode which could fit for enterprises development. In that case, it can develophuman resources scientifically, promote small and medium-sized enterprise to developpersistently and reasonably. Based on the basic situation of small and medium-sizedenterprise human resources development in Inner Mongolia, we passed consulting relevantliterature, field visits, telephone, internet access and questionnaire survey methods forsmall and medium-sized enterprise human resources development in Inner Mongolia,summed up the small and medium-sized enterprise management personnel, technologytalents, and skills of human resources development present situation, pointed out that thedevelopment process of poor working conditions, salary incentive system is imperfect, thetraining mechanism is not sound of small and medium-sized enterprises in the humanresources in Inner Mongolia, Respectively, including enterprise size, enterprise culture andmanagement philosophy from the enterprise itself as well as enterprises external such aspolicy, economy and education, analyze the influence factors of small and medium-sizedenterprise human resources development in Inner Mongolia, we summarized the "112345"overall human resources development model according tothe status quo and problems. Atlast, by referencing to other domestic provinces and cities and the experience of enterprisehuman resources development, we put forward measures including talents cultivation,selection, use and management of specific development for management staff, technologytalents, and skills people of small and medium-sized enterprises in Inner Mongolia it ishoped that has guidance and reference for human resources development in InnerMongolia...
