People management is the core of enterprise management,the core of people management is how to optimize the human resource.Therefore,"people are primary productive forces","people-oriented" should be the guidelines of enterprise management behavior.The domestic and foreign development and research for human resources,human capital show as an integrated and systematic methodology employee career management,shows a lot of advantages with human nature,in line with reality and the requirements of today's information age,human capital management.Comparing with the study of career management from colleges and universities,the Chinese Small and Medium-sized Enterprise(SMEs)generally lack of professional staff concept and practice of career management,and individual employees there also contempt the personal career planning.This lacking of personal career management has huge impact of enterprise development and people growth.Therefore,the study of SMEs staff career management topics seems imminent.Through literature analysis,survey,qualitative analysis and case study,this thesis starts with theoretical study,quoting the classic representative career management thought,recalling the career theory in foreign and domestic.Then,combined with network surveys and online discussion,with the most recent real data,analyzed the current situation and the reasons for the current Chinese SMEs and individual employee career management missing,and then to C company as an example,this thesis discusses the importance of the staff career management,also descript the detailed steps,methods and means in the content,and how to setup system model construction,and finally,to further descripts the applicable measures and actions for both organization and individual.According to the above analysis and countermeasures,this thesis hope that the majority of SMEs should pay full attention to employee career management,through the countermeasures and action by the organization,the SMEs should make it widely applied for the staff career management.The employee career management can help personal growth,enterprise development,the promption of personal values and organization values,and make the company and employee to reach a win-win situation,and ultimately achieve business development and growth,the growth of social wealth,the ultimate goal of all life freely.
