| Along with the growing fusion tendency between the Internet and the traditional profession,the community 020 quickly enters into the public's view.In 2014,when the vertical 020 providers were occupying the community service market,the major Internet companies and the property management enterprises are starting to cut into 020 market.In the battle for the community service market,the property management enterprises saw the opportunity of industry transformation and upgrading.Meanwhile,because of the unique properties,the property management industry has natural advantages in community 020 compared with other traditional industry.Under such a big background,the property management industry raises a hot wave of community 020 business model transformation,and part of the property management enterprises have increasingly moved into the community 020 market.However,the community 020 business model innovation process is not very clear and thus few successful cases.There are some researches on community 020 business model innovation,while few researches is relevant to the process of community 020 business model innovation for property management enterprises.Given this,it is urged to targetedly study the community 020 business model innovation process requires.This study selects the community 020 business model of Longfor Property Services Group co.,LTD.and Beijing Qiandinghulian Technology co.,LTD.as the research object,using the method of single case study,analyzing the process of community 020 business model innovation,through field interviews,attending meetings,secondary data collection and so on.And through the analysis of the case,we build the process model of community 020 business model innovation for property management enterprises:customer needs analysis-value proposition judgment-value creation,and provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of the property management enterprises by building community 020 business model innovation. |
