Since the reform and opening up of our country,the society has developed rapidly,and the new generation of migrant workers have become the main floating population in our country.They all carry out all kinds of work from the countryside to the city,but because of the influence of the dual system of urban and rural areas,this group has been in the middle of the city and the countryside.China has established an old-age security system covering all citizens and coordinating urban and rural areas.However,due to the special group characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers,the lack of corresponding institutional security for urban and rural workers in participating in the old-age insurance leads to a low participation rate,and the basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents is in line with the fact that most migrant workers are not in large enterprises at present.Work,but in the strong mobility lack of security or from employers and other types of jobs this employment characteristics of restrictions,but due to one reason or another resulting in urban and rural residents basic old-age insurance participation rate is insufficient and the contribution grade tends to the lowest grade,which makes the pension problem of a large number of migrant workers in our country increasingly prominent,in view of the above problems,the basic old-age insurance rate of prominent.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the participation behavior and related influencing factors of the new generation of migrant workers in urban and rural residents' basic old-age insurance.Based on this,this paper adopts the way of field investigation to analyze the insurance participation behavior of the new generation of migrant workers in China.This paper studies,points out the existing problems,and puts forward some effective opinions and suggestions.Through the research conclusions of the article,we can better ensure that the new generation of migrant workers in China can be integrated into the social endowment insurance system more quickly,and further expand the coverage of old-age insurance in China,so as to fully reflect the fairness of social security in our country.Based on the study of many relevant literature and materials,this paper divides the pension insuranceparticipation behavior of the new generation of migrant workers into two aspects: on the one hand,the participation rate of the basic old-age insurance of the new generation of migrant workers in urban and rural areas,and on the other hand,the choice of the contribution grade of the new generation of migrant workers.In this paper,the research on the influencing factors of the pension insurance behavior of the new generation of migrant workers is carried out on the basis of this division.This paper first discusses the concept and behavior decision-making theory of the new generation of migrant workers,rational choice theory,Maslow demand hierarchy theory as the theoretical basis of the article,and then analyzes the social economy of Zhongmu County.This paper makes descriptive analysis and regression analysis on the present situation and influencing factors of the new generation of migrant workers participating in the basic old-age insurance of urban and rural residents by using the questionnaire method and Logistic regression model,and then sums up the reasons for the low insurance rate and the low contribution grade from the analysis of the calculation results of the actuarial model of the contribution grade.According to the results of data analysis and the actual situation of the investigation,this paper finds that the basic old-age insurance participation behavior of the new generation of migrant workers in urban and rural areas tends to be negative,and the conformity psychology significantly affects the insurance probability of the new generation of migrant workers.The short-sighted behavior and work stability of the new generation migrant workers,the confidence of the new generation migrant workers in the social security system affect the choice of their contribution grades,and the human capital level of the new generation migrant workers affects their insurance participation behavior.in order to optimize the insurance behavior of the new generation migrant workers,the article holds that strengthening the policy propaganda is the basis of optimizing the insurance behavior of the new generation migrant workers,and improving the human capital of the new generation migrant workers is the foundation of optimizing their insurance behavior.Perfecting the incentive mechanism of financial subsidy is the key to enhance the enthusiasm of the new generation of migrant workers to participate in insurance.Adopting diversified investment operation mode is the guarantee to realize the maintenance and increase of fund value and enhance the attractiveness of the system,and improve the basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents.The system provides an excellent platform for contemporary migrant workers to participate in insurance.
