The logistics industry has been produced with the development of the electronic age and technological advancement,and has created a lot of economic value.In today's logistics business,it has been valued by many companies as a way to promote enterprises' development.The logistics industry is an emerging industry in the new era.It not only develops fast,but also drives a lot of related industries.As far as the current development status of the logistics industry is concerned,there has been a gap between the services and the needs of customers,with the services provided by traditional logistics companies that possess only a single business.What customers really need is a comprehensive and highly specialized third party.Logistics companies,driven by this demand,as third-party logistics companies,have been developed.In order to achieve long-term development,such third-party logistics companies must conduct research on the development trend of the times,customer needs and the core competitiveness of enterprises to find the root causes that affect enterprises' development.The most influential factor for an enterprise's survival and development is its core competitiveness.The core competitiveness basically determines the position of an enterprise in the market.At present,academic research on this kind of third-party logistics enterprises is still relatively with few quantities,and the research on the customer value of third-party logistics enterprises is in a relatively blank state.Theoretical research and system construction are all incomplete.In the state,logistics companies have played an important role in today's economic development and people's lives,which requires further research.Therefore,the article mainly studies third-party logistics companies,from the status quo of their development,as well as the factors that affect their development,so as to study the core competitiveness of third-party logistics enterprises.Based on this theory,the customer value is taken as a starting point,and the relationship between the two will be analyzed.It is clear to combine the two,to identify the factors affecting the core competitiveness of a enterprise,and to build a related system.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze and evaluate the core competitiveness system of third-party logistics enterprises.Finally,combined with the actual survey of third-party logistics companies,the theoretical system also will integrate the true survey results.Besides,the results of the survey are used to verify the operation of the theory,and the methods and ways to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise will be obtained finally.This paper takes customer value as the starting point,studying and analyzing the core competitiveness of third-party logistics enterprises.It not only provides new ideas and theoreticalsupports for internal reform and management mode adjustment of third-party logistics enterprises,but also gives a new perspective and a entry point for academic circles on research of the three-party logistics enterprises.
