Research On The Core Competitiveness Of The Certain Third Party Logistics Enterprises

According to the large logistics strategy of the 13 th Five-year Plan of china,as an important field and a new growth point of economy,the third party logistics has provided more opportunities of development for the industrial chain of the logistics industries.Most of the third party logistics derive from the traditional logistics transportation,whose business mode is simple and coincidental.Although they make some continuous improvements for business,management mode,financial regulation,it's lack of the current status evaluation and improvement plan,the core competitiveness of enterprises hasn't been promoted thoroughly,it's easy to be simulated and hard to handle with the competition of international competitors.In order to seize the chance of economic transformation and face the challenge of fierce market to keep sustainable development,in this paper three the third party logistics enterprises have been selected,for which to make full and comprehensive research for the core competitiveness,to find the problems on the current stage,to provide constructive and operable suggestions for the cultivation of the core competitiveness for the benchmark enterprises.The suggestions can lead the development of the core competitiveness for the whole logistics industry.In this paper,the background and significance of the subject,the research status of domestic and overseas third-party logistics industry and its core competitiveness and the technical route adopted are introduced firstly;secondly,the third-party logistics enterprise theory,the enterprise core competitiveness theory and the core competitiveness of third-party logistics enterprises are briefly described;thirdly,the development status of the third-party logistics enterprises in China,the status of core competitiveness of China's third-party logistics enterprises,the core competitiveness of the third-party logistics listed enterprises in China and the sample enterprises selected are introduced;fourthly,the index system for evaluation of the core competitiveness of the sample enterprises is introduced and AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to analyze the survey results of the core competitiveness of the sample enterprises;finally,according to the above results,suggestions on the improvement of core competitiveness of the sample enterprises are put forward,and expectations on the future development of the third-party logistics industry are made.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the research had been made on the questionnaire result by the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis(AHP-fuzzy synthetic evaluation method).The third-party logistics listed enterprises have good business status,strong core competitiveness and typical field benchmark role,so the analysis of this type of enterprises has better representativeness and make the suggestions more typical leading edge and practical meaning.In this paper,based on the research of market,management and finance for the third party logistics enterprises,24 evaluation factors had been selected and combined to build a questionnaire.The evaluation factors cover all the field of business management for enterprises and have clear logical levels.Responders for the questionnaires are wide-ranging and selected reasonably.The work makes the evaluation of the core competitiveness comprehensive,scientific and strict,at the same time obtains the weakness and disadvantage for sample enterprises.By the method of AHP-fuzzy synthetic evaluation,the qualitative and quantitative analysis had been made to the questionnaires,the subjective factors had been avoided and the ultimate comprehensive results had been received by calculation.The results of theoretical and AHP-fuzzy synthetic evaluation analysis are identical,which have conviction and wildly operable meaning.
