In today’s world economy, science and technology rapid development of global economic competition in the flat world, competition between countries is a concrete manifestation of economic competition, the enterprise competition. With the growing competition in the global economy, how to improve the enterprises in the economic tide in their competitiveness, reduce costs, and enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises have become the primary consideration in the development of enterprises, and in the process, more and more enterprises begin to non-core industries subcontracted to a professional company, then release the energy and time to concentrate on developing the core competitiveness of enterprises, each enterprise’s strategic approach subcontract logistics industry is particularly prevalent at this time, thus, the logistics industry has become one of the most potential for development of the industry of the21st century, and became an important symbol to measure a country’s comprehensive national strength. Face of Suzhou logistics market, many outstanding foreign third-party logistics enterprises, how to improve service levels, to form their own unique competition, which to contend, Suzhou the logistics enterprises solved the primary problem and only timely adjustments to the strategic direction of development of the enterprise, establish their own long-term competitive advantage, improve their core competitiveness in order to gain a place in the global economic situation.The purpose of this research is that the combination of economic globalization and the rapid development of the current economic situation in Suzhou, the connotation and theory from logistics, third party logistics enterprises, development and services, and then from the concept of the core competitiveness of enterprises and related theories, leads to the third-party logistics enterprise’s core competitiveness, SWOT analysis, and that analysis of its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, risk analysis methods, theoretical knowledge of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model ", with the theory and practice of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, and to discuss the factors that affect the core competitiveness of China’s third-party logistics, and impact evaluation of the third-party logistics enterprises, and puts forward the development of third-party logistics enterprises core competitiveness countermeasures.Two ways in this article, the first departure from the theoretical aspects of the study, the introduction of third-party logistics enterprise’s core competitiveness from the theory of core competitiveness of enterprises, the concept of third-party logistics enterprises in China in five areas of research and analysis that SWOT analysis and risk analysis using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is the introduction of third-party logistics enterprise’s core competitiveness, to build a third-party logistics enterprise’s core competitiveness evaluation index system.
