Generally speaking,professionalism refers to the use of rational planning to improve the efficiency of employees,simply speaking,professionalism is to design a reasonable career planning for employees according to their own conditions,so that employees in skills and knowledge and other aspects of the ability to improve to meet the relevant standards of the company,and so on.The best state is that every enterprise wants to achieve through management.Usually,the realization of professionalization can bring more benefits to the enterprise.However,how to take effective measures to achieve professionalization is also a difficult problem facing the enterprise at present.Therefore,this paper studies how to effectively realize the professionalization of enterprise employees,mainly elaborates its related concepts and through consulting relevant domestic and foreign literature to have a deeper understanding of professionalization,in order to enable enterprise employees to quickly achieve the state of professionalization,for the enterprise to establish a competency model.It has provided some help for the professionalization of employees.How to build such a model should first have a deep understanding of the concept of this model.This model mainly refers to the comparison of some factors among employees to clearly understand which employees have outstanding performance in the enterprise,mainly to distinguish the outstanding employees from the ordinary employees.Usually the comparison of the main factors are the value created by employees for the company and employees in some aspects.Competence,etc.,is simply the use of measurable data to compare employees and find employees who excel in certain areas.Therefore,if we want to build such a model,we must first analyze the various factors that can distinguish the excellent employees from the ordinary employees in the early stage,and then integrate these factors by relevant technical means,so that the model can be built smoothly.By building the competency model,we can evaluate all aspects of employees in different positions,and it can bring convenience to enterprise management staff.In order to clarify the whole process of establishment,this paper mainly takes Yunnan XX(Group)Company as the research object,and classifies the quality into three aspects:core,management and professional quality.Then it elaborates how to establish such a model from three aspects.And how to use the model to evaluate employees,and how to apply the competency model to other aspects of enterprise talent management are described in detail.In this study,we mainly consult relevant literature to find out what kind of research results domestic and foreign scholars have on professionalization,and then have a deep understanding of professionalization.In order to make the team professional,we must start with the individual management.In this paper,we mainly take the group as the research object,through investigation to understand the current development of employees in Yunnan XX(Group)Company and what kind of problems occurred in the development process,based on the problems existing in the development of employees.For its construction of professional teams put forward relevant suggestions,mainly for staff management and assessment of two aspects of the corresponding methods.In addition,in order to enable Yunnan XX(Group)Company in the process of professional team building can be carried out smoothly,but also for its construction process may exist in the corresponding problems to propose solutions.Through the study of this paper,to enhance the ability of Yunnan XX(Group)Company to create a professional team,so that it can quickly complete the construction of talent team.At the same time,it also provides some reference for other companies to build professional teams.
