Research On The Influencing Factors And Strategies For Attracting Of FDI In Producer Services In Hubei Province

Since entering the 21 st century,producer service industry has been the fastest growing industry in the world economy.Taking for example the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD)countries,the total amount of Foreign Direct Investment(FDI)in service industry is obviously higher than that in manufacturing,and it is mainly concentrated in finance,business services and industrial information services.According to the "2017 World Investment report",enterprises in various countries tend to choose the service industry,realize the leap from manufacturing industry to service industry,and the producer service industry in the service industry is more and more favored by investors.The development of producer services in a region will promote the prosperity of the local economy and is a good booster.At the same time,investors in developed countries are more willing to invest in developing countries and gain high profits through monopolistic advantage when they have rich experience in service industry and management.For China,which is developing rapidly,it is in line with the basic choice of investors,but it still needs to take necessary measures to attract foreign investors to invest in producer services.Hubei Province lies in the middle of our country,Hubei province,the proportion of producer service FDI actually using foreign capital is relatively small in the total FDI of service industry,recording only 34.5% in 2016,compared with other provinces,there is still a big gap between Hubei and other provinces.The problem around this paper is that the FDI of producer service industry in Hubei province is underdeveloped and the scale is small.In this paper,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to screen out the influencing factors of FDI attraction of producer services in Hubei province.Firstly,the paper analyzes the present situation of producer service industry(FDI)in Hubei province,analyzes its development scale,location distribution,industry structure and country of origin,secondly,analyzes the influencing factors of FDI of producer service industry in Hubei Province qualitatively.Then it quantifies the influencing factors of producer service industry(FDI)in Hubei province and puts forward the corresponding strategies.
