The foreign direct investment (FDI) is the main type of international investment. With the high speed of liberalization and integration of world economy, FDI is playing a more vital role in Chinese economy, which becomes an extremely active constituent in our economy.American's financial crisis in 2008 made her economy decline, which made world negative impact as well. Our country's FDI was continuously decreased for 8 months. From the surface analysis, of course it is related to financial crisis, but on the other hand, also tells us our current country's unreasonable industrial structure. At the 30^th years time of China's reform and opening, just is the good time to evaluate, and based on the new minding, modify the proposed new tragedies.This paper is from international factor movements in International Trade Theory. First introduce FDI basic knowledge, and then deeply analysis FDI relations with our country's economy, FDI has positive impact on our high speed growth in China. Second start to show current our country's industrial structure and FDI's situation, after analysis reasons for current situation, we discusses the essential for adjustment of industrial structure.
