Research On Risk Management Of Financial Sharing Center In H Group

The Financial Sharing Center satisfies the group's management demands for the institutionalization and standardization of financial information,and can actively and effectively process the financial information.However,there will inevitably be risks caused by management mode changes during the actual implementation process.Especially in the beginning of construction,many modules need to be adjusted and run in constantly.And the problems in this process also need to be solved in a timely manner,otherwise it will seriously affect the subsequent development and operation of the Financial Sharing Center.Based on the author's practical internship work experience and relevant documents obtained,this paper takes the Financial Sharing Center of the Space Information Group as the main body of the case study,uses the relevant theory of risk management as the theoretical and framework basis of the article,analyzes and evaluates the risks identified by the Financial Sharing Center,and puts forward reasonable and effective corresponding measures.The research content of this paper is divided into five aspects: the general situation,goal setting,risk identification,risk assessment and risk response of H Group Financial Sharing Center.This paper introduces the advantages of the group's implementation of the Financial Sharing Center at this stage and analyzes the implementation environment of the center.In addition,according to the objectives of the implementation of the Financial Sharing Center and the investigation report within the group,this paper puts forward the risk identification methods suitable for the group's Financial Sharing Center,identifies and classifies the risk factors of the group's Financial Sharing Center.The risk factors existing in the four major risks identified are evaluated and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.The paper found that: H Group is well prepared in the process of implementing the Financial Sharing Center,checking the data to make the appropriate financial sharing mode,estimating the implementation cost,summarizing and researching the operation pilot of the sharing center etc.Therefor it ensures the normal operation of the Financial Sharing Center at the present stage to a certain extent.However,in practical operation,there are still some issues in many modules,such as large staff changes,the unreasonable design process and the imperfect system,the lack of information system development and maintenance,and unsound performance assessment standards.This paper identifies and analyzes the risks and issues existing in the Financial Sharing Center of H Group,so as to provide some support for the implementation of the risk management of the Financial Sharing Center of H Group,and to a certain extent,provide guidance for other groups in the same industry.
