This paper mainly studies the development strategy of Zhe Jiang Dahua Technology Co.,Ltd..The comparison method was adopted to study the present developing statues of Da Hua company and the problems in it for the recent time.By comparing with the industry leading enterprise,Hang Zhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co,.Ltd.in operating results,industry status,technical strength and etc.We can conclude that although Da Hua company and Hikvision both set up almost in the same period,today Da Hua company's performance is far behind from Hikvision.Hikvision now is the first leading enterprise in security industry,while Da Hua company is in the second place in security industry with the great market share difference by comparing with Hikvision.In addition,the security industry has experienced several technical development and change,which makes the future of the intelligent security market is huge,at the meantime,with many cross-industry new entrants have poured into this,which also brings challenges to Da Hua company.The main purpose of this paper is to study the current development status and situation of Da Hua company,by using the strategic systematic management knowledge to analyze Da Hua company in detail in order to formulate the corresponding development strategy in the next 3 to 5 years.In order to formulate a reasonable development strategy,according to the methods provided by strategic management knowledge,this paper firstly analyzes the internal and external environment of Da Hua company with different analytical tools.For example,by using PEST model to analyst the external environment of the industry from political policy environment,economic environment,social&cultural environment and technical environment aspects;by using the Potter's Five Forces Model to study the competition situation in security industry and to analyst the stresses from that five aspects of different forces;by using the qualitative analysismodel to analyst the main internal resources and core ability of the company.Through the detailed analysis in internal and external environment of Da Hua company,we can identify the main advantages and disadvantages of Da Hua company as well as the external opportunities and threats faced by Da Hua company.Then,adhering strictly with Da Hua company mission,vision,strategic direction and goals,also combining with Da Hua company's internal resources and capacity,we can generate the development strategy of the next three to five years which will be a growth strategy,Da Hua company need to adopt diversified development and impalement of internal and external investment forms to grow at the same time.Direct investment will be the way to grow,together with the merger and acquisition strategy as complementary,and Da Hua company need to continue broaden its globalization development strategy.Finally,implementation program and implementation guarantee was generated to insure the newly-formulated development strategy could be carry out smoothly.Through the process of studying the development strategy of Da Hua company,it is clear that the essence of enterprise strategy is to rationally allocate resources and cultivate the unique core competitiveness of enterprises,so as to realize the sustainable development of enterprises.The cultivation of Da Hua company's core competitiveness requires the enterprise to spend time and capital,and the constant attention to the change of external environment is the guarantee of accurate investment of capital and energy.At the same time,Da Hua company should always adjust its organizational structure according to external changes in order to optimize its management process and improve its competitiveness.In addition,as for the security industry,more and more technical strength is included in the core competitiveness,so Da Hua company is no exception to attach importance to scientific research and technology and should increase the corresponding resource investment,according to its development strategic goals and direction in order to maintain and strengthen its core competitiveness.
