Constructing The Tree-Model Of Innovative Wisdom

Social development needs not only the political,economic and technological innovation drive of the country,but also the innovative wisdom of the nation.The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes that the wisdom and strength of the whole society should be condensed into innovation and development,and the strategy of innovation-driven development should be implemented in depth so as to achieve remarkable results in deepening reform.To explore ways to improve innovation wisdom,to better enhance national innovation ability and efficiency,in order to better serve the construction of an innovative country.This paper takes the construction of innovative wisdom tree-model as the main line,and divides it into four parts to systematically and comprehensively discuss the construction of innovative wisdom tree-model.The first part is the introduction,which systematically elaborates the purpose,significance,research status at home and abroad and innovative points of building innovative wisdom tree-model.In the second part,the connotation and essence of innovative wisdom are elaborated in detail.It is proposed that innovative wisdom is a new and unique thinking ability based on reasonable knowledge structure and rich knowledge and experience,focuses on the tree-model growth pattern of innovative wisdom.It points out that the root of tree-model is mental intelligence quotient(MQ),moral intelligence quotient(MQ)and will intelligence quotient(WQ),the trunk of tree-model is emotional quotient(EQ),the stem of tree-model is intelligence quotient(IQ)and spiritual intelligence quotient(SQ),and the fruit of tree-model is creativity quotient(CQ).It constructs the tree-model system of innovative wisdom in an all-round way.The fourth part systematically elaborates the personality characteristics and qualities that an individual with innovative wisdom should possess.It is pointed out that innovative wisdom individuals should possess flexible and profound qualities,agile and leaping qualities,doubtful and critical qualities,interest and persistent pursuit consciousness,unswerving belief in success,the spirit of daring to venture,dare to do,and dare to take risks,etc.Only by possessing these personality characteristics and qualities,innovative wisdom individuals can achieve more creative results.The fifth part puts forward how to build the natural,social,political and economic environment of innovative wisdom.It is proposed to build a good environment for the generation and growth of innovative wisdom in order to make the tree of innovative wisdom thrive.Nowadays,people's innovative wisdom is an important factor that decides the development of science,technology,economy and society of a country or a nation.It is also an important issue for our country to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development.People with higher innovative wisdom have strong innovative consciousness and passion,and have a clear and incomparable insight into the unknown.They can discover new problems keenly,boldly put forward new ideas and create new things.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and study the theoretical issues of the growth of tree-model of innovative wisdom comprehensively and systematically,so as to provide theoretical support for cultivating innovative wisdom and enhancing innovative ability of human beings.
