Based on basic data and indicators of Global Innovation Index, we analyzed the overall development trends of innovative country construction and developments of innovation indicators.we aimed at making depth monitoring or analysis of innovative country construction in China, The main research work includes the following several aspects:(1) Based on the data and index system of the 2010-2014 Global Innovation Index, line draw China’s overall rankings, the input and output indexes ranking and classified index ranking of the reference period of four. Identify the overall trend and characteristics; Use the cluster analysis function in SPSS software, pick out indexes of all countries points in the GⅡ to be analyzed year by year. According to the international division,monitor the process of China’s building an innovationalcountry during 4 statistical periods; Compare China with leading innovation-oriented country and BRICS countries to identify China’s innovation gap; analyze their innovation difference to further analyze of the situation of building an innovative country.(2) Combining with China’s overall situation for the construction of an innovative country, selecting appropriate input indexes, intermediary indexes and output indexes, and built a two-stage DEA model of the selected input, intermediary and output index values of the 141 evaluated countries or regions in 2014. Then we obtained the CRSTE, VRSTE and scale of every Decision-Making Unite by using DEAP, and analysis the efficiency of the countries in the process of innovative country construction in 2014, which verified the validity of the model to further analyze of the efficiency of building an innovative country.and value in management practices.(3) We analyzed the overall development trends of innovative country construction and developments of innovation indicators, and made depth analysis of innovation path in innovative country construction. By using structural equation modeling, we made modeling analysis of three functions-innovation inputs (R&D, human resources), innovation environment (institution and policy, infrastructure, market sophistication and business sophistication) and innovation output (kowledge and technology innovation output, innovation output), according to basic data of Global Innovation Index report. We then discussed the path influence coefficient between them, which is of great significance for grasping the process of building an innovation-oriented country more clearly. On the one hand, we discussed innovative path selection between functional modules; on the other hand, we made modeling studies on the key factors affecting innovation paths. Based on research data, we made detailed analysis on the optimal model and easily found deficiencies in innovative country construction in the past, as well as issues that need attention in the future development. |
