Study On The Effect And Influencing Factor Of Agricultural Insurance Operation In Jiangsu Province

The problem of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" is related to China's economic development and social stability.With the modernization of our country agriculture to accelerate the rural household differentiation degree unceasingly thorough,how in the rural household differentiation under the background of the development and implementation of more targeted policy of agricultural development,agricultural development to make more accurate service,have positive effects on the differentiation of farmers continue to highlight the heterogeneity is the key to solve the "rural problem.In this paper,the author takes Jiangsu province agriculture insurance as an example,analysis of the current situation between different types of agricultural management in Jiangsu province agriculture insurance operation from the perspective of the rural household differentiation,and using the analytic hierarchy process,by constructing the hierarchical structure of efficient agriculture insurance operation effect of agriculture insurance operation effect of difference to explore efficient agriculture insurance operation effect between different types of agricultural management,and further subdivided into high efficient agriculture and aquaculture,planting industry,comparative analysis on the different types of insurance,the difference of rural household differentiation degree and the corresponding agricultural insurance operation effect between different types of agricultural management in order to explore the current situation,Jiangsu province agriculture insurance operation to And the possible deficiencies,so as to put forward the corresponding suggestions for improvement,so as to realize the goal of the agricultural insurance system to provide accurate service for the healthy and stable development of China's agriculture.In addition,in order to further analyze the influence factors of Jiangsu province agriculture insurance operation,as well as the influence of farmers differentiation on agriculture insurance operation,in this paper through the establishment of Tobit model,on the one hand,the efficient operation and facilities of agricultural insurance effect farmers differentiation and other possible influencing factors by regression analysis and explore the rural household differentiation factors such as the impact on agriculture insurance operation effect.On the other hand will be subdivided into efficient agriculture and aquaculture,planting,farmers were correlated with the differentiation factors,explore in different categories,differences exist in the degree of impact of rural household differentiation degree and other factors on the effect of the operation of the different types of insurance.Through the study of this paper,the following conclusions:(1)the effect of farmers on the efficient operation of agricultural insurance in general,there is still room for improvement.(2)there are significant differences between the different types of agricultural management in the efficient operation of agricultural insurance.(3)the degree of differentiation of farmers has a significant impact on the efficiency of agricultural insurance.(4)there are some differences in the effects of different types of insurance,and the degree of differentiation of farmers is different.
