Study On The Comprehensive Bennfit Evaluation Of Facilities Agricuture

Facility agriculture refers to using kinds of artificial covering facilities equipment and related technology, for plant growth and create more suitable for small environment, and thus for the quality and efficient agricultural production. The development of facility agriculture not only improves regional agricultural competitiveness, but also plays a vital role in improving the quality of agricultural products and increasing farmers’income. The study of comprehensive benefit evaluation of facility agriculture is of great theoretical and practical significance for the healthy development of modern agriculture in a region.By consulting numerous related literatures at home and abroad and summarizing the research achievements of the development and benefit of facility agriculture, it can be seen that most of the current academic researches about facilities agriculture development focus on its economic benefit. Meanwhile, the analysis researches combining the perspectives of social benefit and ecological benefit only presents a slight increase in recent years, and only a few researches combining all of the three perspectives can be found. Therefore, further breakthrough is still needed on theoretical research level.This paper first summarizes the connotation, features and types of facilities and then preliminarily screens the indexes that are suitable for evaluating the comprehensive benefit of by analyzing and referring to related literature about modern agriculture measure. By consulting relevant experts, conducting field investigation, doing comparative analysis and screening for many times, a set of relatively scientific evaluation index system of the comprehensive benefit of facilities agriculture has been determined. The framework of index system consists of 3 general objective layers and 16 specific target layers.Moreover, trough the measurement of the comprehensive benefit level of facility grape production in Xing’An County, Guangxi, it proves the evaluation index system to be practical. However, the evaluation method is too objective and needs further quantitative analysis or multiple verifications. With a systematical analysis of the present benefit situation of facilities grape production and non-facilities grape production, we can find that the comprehensive benefit level of the latter one is higher, whose development, however, is still in its early stage, and far from enough to reach the development goals of the modernization of facilities agriculture.In the end, this paper points out several problems that hinder the improvement of the agricultural comprehensive benefit and offer corresponding advice on how to develop facilities agriculture, so as to promote the development of facilities agriculture of high benefit.
