Research On BY Company Facility Planning And Evaluation Based On SLP Theory

Whether the facility planning is good or not directly affects the production cost of the enterprise and the production efficiency of the workshop.A successful enterprise is bound to have strong indus trial competitiveness in terms of facility planning.Good facility planning will help greatly reduce the production cost of the enterprise and improve the efficiency of material handling and product producti on,thus bringing unlimited development potential to the enterprise and helping the enterprise stand ou t from the industry.At present,there are many enterprises in China,especially those engaged in man ufacturing.Due to the lack of management personnel and backward management philosophy,they lack a deep understanding of facility planning and lack of systematic arrangement and planning of faciliti es in enterprises,leading to many problems of disordered production distribution in these enterprises.In this paper,BY the company's workshop facilities planning as the goal,the enterprise is in the first place of production,process and facility layout condition has carried on the detailed introductio n,from the perspective of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the two,using hierarchical analysis method from two aspects of accept orders the benefits and costs of positive and negative co mparison,for the new factory is to maintain the status quo to make the best choices;Then,on the b asis of system layout design(SLP)theory,according to the actual situation of the factory,the operati on units of the factory are rearranged and a variety of layout schemes are obtained.Then,the optima l layout scheme is decided by the factor analysis method and TOPSIS method.Finally,the production capacity measurement and man-machine operation analysis method are used to determine the number of machines and employees,and the facility planning theory is further used to arrange the machines,personnel and transportation routes in the plant.The effectiveness of the improvement can be proved by the results before and after.This paper combines the relevant theory of facility planning with practice,and optimizes the facil ity layout of BY company,which overcomes the difficulty that the enterprise cannot meet the product ion requirements due to the increase of demand and orders,reduces material handling and unnecessar y processes in production,reduces production cost and improves production efficiency.The relevant th eories and methods proposed in this paper can also be widely applied to other manufacturing enterpri ses,which has a strong reference significance.
