As the foundation for survival, agriculture is the basic industry supporting the construction and development of national economy. There are700,000rural populations in China. It is indicated in the18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) that resolving issues relating to agriculture, rural areas and farmers is the number one priority in the Party’s work. Located in the south-east coastal area of China, the natural conditions of Fujian Province are propitious to the agriculture production. However, due to the acceleration of the urbanization and industrialization, the production factors flowed to the secondary the third industries and the increase of agriculture appeared the trend of slowing down. Under the conditions of the input reduction of agriculture production factors, the study on the maintenance of stable increase of agriculture in Fujian Province through the improvement of agriculture productivity enjoys the important meaning to the change of the agriculture development pattern and realization of the agriculture sustainable development.Started from the production conditions and development status of agriculture in Fujian Province, the essay analyzed the features of agriculture increase of Fujian Province in recent years. On this basis, it is selected the DEA-Malmquist index method to calculate the agriculture total-factor productivity of Fujian Province from2002to2011. The calculation result proved the importance of the increase of agriculture productivity in the agriculture increase of Fujian Province. Then, after the discussion of the potential impact factors to the agriculture, it was calculated the association degree between the potential impact factors and the agriculture total factors by selecting the grey correlation analysis method based on the establishment of the corresponding index system. Finally, it is proposed the policy suggestions to the increase of agriculture productivity from different aspects in accordance with the calculation results of the degree of correlation.
