Research On The Factors Affecting The Ability To Bring Wealth Of Farmer Entrepreneurs In Shaanxi Province From The Perspective Of Three-dimensional Capital

In the 2018 "Central First Document",it was clearly stated: "To effectively play the main role and role of the peasants in the rural revitalization,and to use the homesickness as the link to attract entrepreneurs,experts,scholars,skilled personnel,etc.to serve the rural revitalization cause and encourage set up environmentally-friendly enterprises in rural areas,provide more jobs,and expand channels for farmers to increase their income.With the continuous improvement of the role of farmers in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,as an important participant in rural economic and social activities,the group of farmer entrepreneurs has become key endogenous forces and important human resourcesa to stimulate rural economic vitality,promoting the integration of rural primary and secondary industries,and broadening the channels for farmers to increase their income,especially in leading the peasants to get rich,have led farmer entrepreneurs to receive widespread attention from all walks of life.In this context,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influencing factors of the ability to bring wealth to the farmer entrepreneurs.At present,scholars have theoretically explored the influence of individual demographic variables,human capital,social capital and psychological capital on the ability to enrich,but lack of empirical research to confirm its mechanism of influence.Based on this,this paper is based on the literature review to understand the current research status of domestic and foreign farmer entrepreneurs' the wealth-bearing ability.Taking the farmer entrepreneurs in Shaanxi Province as the research object,this paper determines the human capital and social capital of peasant entrepreneurs through theoretical deduction and field research.In the category of psychological capital(ie,three-dimensional capital),the important influence variables that may affect the ability to enrich the wealth,according to the further analysis and decomposition of the variables,form a three-dimensional capital influencing factor indicator system for the farmer entrepreneurs to bring wealth,and build a "The assumption of the mechanism model of 3D capital on the wealth-bearing ability",and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,based on the first-hand data of 217 farmers entrepreneurs in the three regions of Shaanxi,Guanzhong and Shaanxi in Shaanxi Province assume that verification is performed.Through the statistical software to verify the reliability of the data,independent sample t test,correlation analysis and regression analysis,reveals the impact of human capital,social capital and psychological capital on the ability of farmers to bring wealth.The results of the study show that three-dimensional capital has a significant impact on the ability of farmer entrepreneurs to bring wealth.At the level of human capital,the ability of farmer entrepreneurs to bring wealth is significantly positively influenced by their knowledge,technology,experience and comprehensive ability.At the level of social capital,geo-type social capital and kinship-type social capital have a significant positive impact on the ability to bring wealth.At the level of psychological capital,the three dimensions of self-efficacy,resilience and optimism have a significant positive impact on the ability to bring wealth.Finally,based on the research conclusions of this paper,from the perspective of farmer entrepreneurs and the government,this paper proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions for farmers entrepreneurs to increase their ability.
