| With entrepreneurial activity is becoming more and more active, entrepreneurial enthusiasm rising and poor overall business performance of the reality gradually caused the attention of the academics and politicians. As heads of entrepreneurial activity, entrepreneurs have an irreplaceable role in entrepreneurial activity. Regulatory scholars began to notice the entrepreneur human capital, social capital has the important influence of entrepreneurial activity,however, entrepreneur human capital, there is a significant impact on social capital on business performance? The influence mechanism? For different entrepreneurs or different attributes of enterprise, the entrepreneur human capital, social capital effects on business performance function and influence degree are consistent? These problems are still not fully research and confirmed. In view of this, the entrepreneur human capital, this paper on the relationship between social capital and entrepreneurial performance, on the basis of theoretical model and related assumptions, using the survey data, the empirical study on entrepreneur human capital,social capital on business performance influence degree and mechanism, so as to entrepreneurs to promote entrepreneurial success, provide empirical basis to improve business performance.In order to achieve the research target, this paper has carried out the following research:(1)established the entrepreneur human capital, social capital influences the performance of entrepreneurship theory model, and puts forward the hypothesis of this article. With a review of the historical documents and related theory and comb, the entrepreneur human capital into knowledge level, professional experience, comprehensive ability, and the four dimensions of the spirit of innovation, social capital of entrepreneur social capital into the market, technology,social capital, the government, social capital and financial capital four dimensions, such as the business performance is divided into two dimensions live performance, growth performance, and established the entrepreneur human capital, social capital influences the performance of entrepreneurship theory model, puts forward the research hypothesis(contains 2 total assumptions and eight points hypothesis).(2) the entrepreneur human capital and social capital influences the performance of entrepreneurial orientation and mechanism for empirical analysis.Empirical analysis methods including correlation analysis and regression analysis, correlation analysis tries to reveal the entrepreneur human capital, social capital and its correlated dimensions and entrepreneurial performance, regression analysis tries to illustrate the entrepreneur human capital, social capital and its dimensions of entrepreneurial performance, the influence mechanism and extent, the validation research hypothesis in this paper.(3) reveal different entrepreneur endowment and enterprise property, the entrepreneur human capital and social capital effects on business performance whether there is consistency, research hypothesis is established. According to specific classification standard, the entrepreneur and entrepreneurial companies are classified, under the condition of different classification of entrepreneur human capital and social capital influences the performance of entrepreneurial mechanism is analyzed.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper obtained the following results:(1) the overall level, the entrepreneurs’ human capital on business performance is significantly related to the four dimensions of entrepreneurs’ human capital on business performance has positive influence, but different influence degree. Hypothesis H1: "entrepreneur human capital on business performance significantly positively related to"; Hypothesis H1a: "entrepreneurs knowledge level of entrepreneurial performance significantly positively related to"; Suppose H1b: "entrepreneurs professional experience on entrepreneurial performance significantly positively related to"; Suppose H1c: "entrepreneurs to comprehensive ability of entrepreneurial performance significantly positively related to"; Suppose H1d: "entrepreneurs innovation spirit of entrepreneurial performance significantly positively related to".(2) the overall level, entrepreneur social capital on business performance is significantly related to the entrepreneurs to the four dimensions of social capital on business performance has positive influence, but the influence is different. Hypothesis H2: "entrepreneur social capital on business performance significantly positively related to"; Social capital market hypothesis H2a: "entrepreneurs on entrepreneurial performance significantly positively related to"; Hypothesis H2b: "entrepreneurs technology of social capital on business performance significantly positively related to" part; Suppose H2c: "entrepreneurs government social capital on business performance significantly positively related to" not stand; Suppose H2d: "entrepreneurial finance social capital on business performance significantly positively related to" was established.(3)the specific level, in the different entrepreneur endowment and properties under the conditions of different enterprises, entrepreneurs’ human capital and social capital on business performance were significantly positive correlation, hypothesis H1: "entrepreneur human capital on business performance significantly positively related to"; Hypothesis H2: "entrepreneur social capital on business performance significantly positively related to" was established. But the entrepreneurhuman capital, social capital segmentation dimensions of entrepreneurial performance influence degree and mechanism of the there is a certain difference, research hypothesis part set up.Overall, entrepreneur social capital dimensions of social capital market effects on business performance is significant, entrepreneurs government social capital effects on business performance is not significant.According to the above research conclusion, this paper puts forward the following management implications:(1) from the perspective of the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur should according to their own actual situation, focusing on improving human capital and social capital in considerably affect entrepreneurial performance dimensions, main is to improve its market social capital and professional experience.(2) from the perspective of government departments,from the objective to provide policy support, to help entrepreneurs to improve their human capital and social capital stock, help start-up quickly into orbit, promote entrepreneurs entrepreneurship performance.(3) from the perspective of financial institutions, according to the business direction of the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur human capital and social capital measure,to estimate the possibility of its future development, as the important basis of investment and lending. |
