Research On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Human Capital And Local Residents Wealth

Entrepreneurs’ human capital has been one of the hot issues in economics, domestic and foreign economists have explored a variety of related topics in it. Entrepreneur human capital can effectively promote the regional economy has become the consensus of the scholars. But most of exiting researches explore the relationship between entrepreneurial human capital and regional economic from a macro point of view, or explore the crucial role of the entrepreneur human capital play in the enterprise. These results have greatly enriched the studies of entrepreneur human capital theory, but there is a common flaw, that is not focus on the relationship between entrepreneurs’ human capital and local residents’wealth, even not give in-depth analysis. So this essay aims to make some exploration.The paper includes five chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, points out the research background and research methods.Chapter2, Review of the relevant literature. Comment on the theory of entrepreneurs, entrepreneur human capital theory and the theory of residents’ wealth, pointing out the focus of this study.Chapter3, Building a theoretical framework to show how the entrepreneurial’ human capital affect the residents’wealth. The way and the mechanism through which the wealth was influenced were studied afterwards. Furthermore, we comprehensively study the deep relationship from three aspects of the stock, the quality and structure of the entrepreneurial human capital.Chapter4, We conducted an empirical analysis using the data of the four provinces from1992to2010. The empirical results the following conclusion.1. There is a positive correlation between the density of entrepreneurial human capital and the wealth of residents wealth;2. The structure of entrepreneurs human capital has great influence on the residents’ wealth;3. Among the four provinces, the entrepreneurial human capital of Guangdong Province has the largest effect of enriching the people, followed by Zhejiang, then Shandong and Jiangsu.Chapters,Conclusions and policy recommendations. Entrepreneurial human capital abundance, that is, the number of entrepreneurs, there is a significant positive correlation between it and local residents’wealth. This means that the increase in regional entrepreneurs’human capital content will effectively increase the wealth of local residents. And the structure of the entrepreneurial human capital has a major impact on the affluence of local residents. Therefore, we should attach importance to the cultivation of entrepreneurial human capital, enhance the affluence level of the local residents, and constantly optimize local entrepreneurs, human capital structure, deepening the entrepreneur human capital’enriching utility.
