The current financial market environment is complex and changeable,and commercial banks are also facing more severe competition and risks.As the sixth largest state-owned commercial bank,the postal bank has an important position in the Chinese commercial banking system.Research and analysis of its core competitiveness will help It is necessary and urgent to rapidly improve the core competitiveness of the Postal Savings Bank,and to stabilize the development of the national financial market and enrich the banking service hierarchy.Studying its core competitiveness is in line with the new requirements of China’s financial market under the current economic situation,and it is also one of the main innovations of this paper.Sorting out the system is the origin and development of this paper’s core competitiveness theory,is derived in the development process of commercial bank core competence is relative to the competition which is formed by the unique,to be able to help commercial Banks to realize differentiation or persistent low cost structure,In order to gain the power of competitive advantage,it is difficult to copy and replace.Then,from the perspective of strategic thinking,it is believed that the core competitiveness of commercial Banks is mainly composed of four aspects:efficiency factor,quality factor,innovation factor and customer response factor.In terms of qualitative analysis and research,swot-clpv analysis is carried out on the status quo of postal savings Banks in this paper,and it is concluded that postal savings Banks are not unified in their understanding of high-quality development ideas and do not fully reflect the customer-centered development concept,and the existing business operation structure is difficult to support high-quality development requirements.In terms of quantitative analysis and research,this paper follows the following steps.First,the core competitiveness evaluation index system of commercial Banks was established based on the four elements of core competitiveness,and 12 analysis indexes were determined.Secondly,starting from the attributes,scale and market positioning characteristics of commercial Banks,Five commercial Banks and postal savings Banks are selected for quantitative comparative analysis,and the advantages,disadvantages and opportunities of postal savings Banks are obtained.The analysis shows that postal savings Banks have certain advantages in four aspects:yield rate,loan-to-deposit ratio,non-performing loan ratio and provision coverage rate.It is at a disadvantage in terms of per capita profit margin,return on capital,basic earnings per share and non-interest income.In the yield cost,liquidity ratio,capital adequacy,university bachelor degree or above accounted for more than four aspects with the industry average,there are growing opportunities,the third,considering more factors can affect used by comparative analysis of indicators,this paper introduces factor analysis,try to take advantage of factor analysis of dimension reduction thinking,find the above-mentioned indicators in a common important impact factors,to find deep nature and the purpose of the reasonable policy Suggestions are put forward.Therefore,based on the results of comparative analysis,this paper expands the sample size,expands the sample size from 6 commercial Banks to 17 commercial Banks,builds an index evaluation system,and USES the data of 2017 to analyze and evaluate the core competitiveness indexes of major commercial Banks.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the four common factors of profitability,safety,Operation and liquidity have the greatest impact on the core competitiveness of commercial Banks,and the results are ranked quantitatively using the principal component method.Fourthly,the analysis results are summarized with qualitative factors.The analysis shows that postal savings Banks have no obvious advantages in the core competitiveness.The traditional advantages of multiple branches and strong storage capacity have gradually weakened the core competitiveness of postal savings Banks,and the bank needs to take measures to improve the profitability,security and other aspects.Fifth,give policy advice.First,adhere to efficient development and comprehensively enhance the comprehensive value;Second,strengthen comprehensive services and promote light development strategy;Third,strengthen risk management and lay a solid foundation for business development;Fourth,deepen institutional reform and foster unique cultural heritage. |
