Research On The Construction Of Core Competitiveness Of M City Branch Of Postal Savings Bank Of China

With the continuous development and change of the current financial market,the competition of commercial banks in the financial field market is gradually turning white hot.How to develop commercial banks has become an important topic in the current financial industry.By analyzing and evaluating the core competitiveness of PSBC M City branch,this paper puts forward the methods and measures to reconstruct the core competitiveness of PSBC M City branch,and take certain measures to maintain the position of PSBC M City branch in the current industry.The object of this paper is M City Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China,and the theme is core competitiveness.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the existing core competitiveness of the enterprise and the problems in the development process,and to put forward a series of specific measures to rebuild the core competitiveness.This paper expounds the following several parts: the first part,theory with practice,to the tone,starting from the concept of core competence,based on the concept of core competence,combining domestic and foreign scholars research on core competence and the current situation of bank competitiveness and commercial bank competitiveness evaluation index,based on analysis,to form the theoretical basis of this article;The second part,through SWOT analysis,case analysis and other methods,in view of the current situation of the core competitiveness of M City branch of Postal Savings Bank of China,the existing problems in the development process,to clarify its measures to rebuild the core competitiveness;The third part gives specific suggestions on how to improve the core competitiveness of the current M City branch of Postal Savings Bank of China,which can enhance the existing competitiveness by taking advantage of network advantages,improving enterprise culture,strengthening risk control and other aspects.
