Enterprises are an important force to promote social and economic development and an indispensable part of the national economy.The operation and development of an enterprise cannot be separated from scientific management and effective allocation of resources.Human resources are both the basic and core resources of an enterprise.The integration,optimization and management of human resources are related to the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises,and even related to the success or failure of enterprises.In modern enterprise management,the status and importance of human resources management are becoming more and more prominent.Scientific and efficien t human resource management can improve the work enthusiasm of employees,optimize the cost performance of enterprise labor,control labor cost,ensure and promote the smooth development of enterprise work,improve enterprise operation and production efficiency,and promote the improvement of enterprise overall management level.As we know,human resource management includes six basic functions,namely,human resource planning,recruitment and allocation,training and development,performance enterprises.After nearly 20 years of development,H company has been successfully listed in the market,and has grown into a large-scale manufacturer of military electronic products in anhui province,and is leading the industry in the field of intelligent electromechanical management system for special equipment.Advanced technology is the core driving force for the long-term development and competitive advantage of technology-based enterprises,but the operation of enterprises depends not only on technology,but also on modern management.Effective enterprise management can improve the organizational ability and system ability of enterprises,and realize the reasonable allocation and combination of various resources and elements of enterprises,so as to maximize the efficiency of resources and elements.Technology-based enterprises have gathered a large number of technology-based talents and knowledge-based employees,and how to make rational use of human resources is also the
