Personnel performance appraisal is an important work of human resource management,it is not only the effective supervision system in the process of enterprise operation,but also an important way of scientific strategic management of enterprise.The design of Personnel performance appraisal system is reasonable or not,directly determines the operation efficiency of enterprises.With the increasingly fierce market competition,the state-owned enterprises gradually separate the ownership and management,it is a very difficult problem to solve about how to effectively motivate middle managers and give them a fair and effective evaluation of their work.First of all,the related concepts of Personnel performance appraisal,Appraisal theories and methods are discussed in this paper based on the analysis of relevant research at home and abroad,Secondly,the author comprehensively analysises the Performance status of the middle managers in A company,then some problems are found in A company middle management staff performance appraisal process.Thirdly,the author studies the performance appraisal system design of the middle managers in A company by the representative position of the marketing department manager,and uses BSC and AHP to determine the middle management personnel performance evaluation index system and the index weight,then,the performance appraisal system of middle managers in A company is redesign,which forms 4 first class indexes and 16 sub-indexes.And with reference of the marketing department manager performance evaluation system design method,the author forms a set of general design method of other middle managers performance evaluation index system.Finally,the author summarizes the research conclusion of this paper and the future researches are prospected.The middle managers performance evaluation system of A enterprise which established in this paper has practical significance to enhance the level of enterprise performance management,at the same time,for the petrochemical industry of the middle management personnel performance evaluation index system construction also has a certain guiding role.
