With the popularity and development of mobile Internet,WeChat business has sprung up in the north and south of China like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.Because of its low entry threshold,it is easy to start operation,and its development speed is much faster than that of traditional e-commerce.The business model of WeChat business plays an important role in invigorating social idle funds,encouraging entrepreneurship,alleviating employment pressure,promoting commodity circulation and economic and social development.However,due to its lack of effective supervision,sound industry self-discipline system,the field of WeChat business continues to infringe on the rights and interests of consumers,therefore,it is urgent to regulate and protect the rights and interests of consumers in the field of WeChat.First of all,this paper introduces the national aspect of the micro.The policy guidance of business and the present situation of the development of WeChat business,this paper points out the importance of WeChat business to economic and social development at present and in the future,and points out the shortcomings in the sales mode of WeChat business and the infringement of consumers' rights and interests.Thus,the urgency of solving this problem is obtained.By analyzing and drawing lessons from the views of other scholars,this paper puts forwardhis own understanding of the concept of WeChat business,and distinguishes and defines the sales mode of WeChat business from the related concepts of e-commerce,pyramid selling,WeChat marketing and so on.The concept of consumer and operator in WeChat marketing is defined.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation and problems of consumer rights and interests infringement in the sales model of WeChat businessmen(for example,the relevant laws).The laws and regulations are not perfect,the consumers' right to know,the right to security,the infringement of the right to claim,the right to regret and so on are easy to be infringed,etc.).The causes of these problems are obtained,so as to find a starting point for further solving these problems.Finally,through the analysis and reference of foreign experience(mainly the analysis and reference of Line in Japan and Face Book in the United States),this paper puts forward some suggestions: first,strengthen market access,market supervision,the construction and improvement of market exit system;The second is to strengthen the construction of the relevant legal system,and then to improve the national law enforcement and judicial means to speed up the construction of relevant platforms(such as individuals).Information credit platform,third-party payment platform,WeChat platform itself);finally,play the role of the middle layer of society.This paper focuses on the last part,that is,the suggestions on perfecting the market of WeChat business in China,realizing the sustainabledevelopment of WeChat business,and making the WeChat business make greater contribution to the society.
