As China's economy shifts from high-speed growth to high-quality development,the development of enterprises requires more high-quality management.Human resource management has been elevated to a strategic level in modem enterprise management.The core mission of human resource management is to explore the best management practices for organizational performance improvement,the "high-performance work system".There has been a lot of research showing that high-performance work systems have a positive impact on organizational performance.On this basis,this paper compares the financial performance and human resource efficiency of the two business divisions by using the cross-case study method with two business units A and B with high similarity of business conditions and significant performance contrast.,collect objective performance data and related personnel interview records for nearly ten years.From the perspective of high-performance work systems,compare the human resource management practices of the two divisions,find out the differences,and obtain key human resource management practices that affect organizational performance,and then leam from the company's sustainable development,similar companies,etc.provide experience support.This article starts from the management of actual pain points,from the case analysis to draw "core management leadership" "sector manager's HR responsibility","internal and external integration of diversified training" "”quality model based recruitment and selection" "based on training The internal promotion is an important factor affecting the performance difference between the two business units.It provides suggestions for the management of the enterprise,has certain practical significance for the business operation,and provides some exploration for the high-performance work system of.experience.in similar situations...
