Knowledge-driven competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,who can break out in this fierce competition,burst potential,knowledge management become a key word.Knowledge sharing as the core of knowledge management,affects the management of enterprise management philosophy.On the other hand,employees who carry knowledge also play a vital role.And employees face high-intensity and high-pressure jobs every day,how to manage their knowledge,improve their job performance,and ultimately enhance the overall performance of enterprises has become a number of business leaders to face the key issues.The best human resource management practice for the enterprise management provides a reference to the management of the road.The best practice of human resource management was first proposed by Western scholars,and now scholars at home and abroad are turning their attention to the relationship between organizational performance and organizational performance.Although a large number of studies have shown that the best practice of human resource management can promote organizational or individual level performance improvement,but how the operation between them,scholars of the research is endless and has not yet achieved unity.Therefore,this paper from the personal performance level,the study of knowledge sharing in human resource management activities can stimulate the potential of employees,to promote more active staff to work and improve personal performance.This paper focuses on the relationship between the three: the best human resource management practice,knowledge sharing and job performance.And this paper examines the intermediary role of knowledge sharing between the two.The object of this paper is the individual level of the enterprise,the staff,the use of statistical correlation analysis of the best human resource management practice,knowledge sharing and job performance relationship.Because of the relatively small number of sample enterprises in this paper,this study mainly uses the case method to carry out field research on the employees of the relevant enterprises,and select the dimensions of the variables in the study based on the comprehensive review of the relevant literature,and finally form the corresponding mature The SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis and the following conclusions were obtained:The results of data analysis show that the best HRM practice has a significant positive effect on job performance.The best HRM practice has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing.Knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact on job performance.Knowledge sharing plays a central role in the relationship between the best HR management practice and job performance.According to the research results of this paper,For the state-owned power enterprises,in today's fast-paced era,can not always be the performance of enterprises as the fundamental starting point,but also pay attention to the cultivation and optimization of talent,but also to attach importance to the integration of knowledge in the talent,to be XX management and talent development,therefore,requires enterprises to attach importance to knowledge sharing and knowledge management,from the realization of the best human resources management practice point of view,and strive to improve the performance of enterprises to play the greatest contribution to social contribution.
