Fine management is a leading scientific concept in the modern management system,emphasize standardized internal management,clear organizational strategy,and maximize the resource efficiency and other fields have highlighted the key function in the enterprise transformation especially to enhance the stage management,more highlights the important role.In this paper,fine management of L garment enterprise marketing as the research starting point,comprehensive use of literature review method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method,systematically analyzes the important position of the concept,characteristics and meticulous management of the sales of fine management in the enterprise,expounds the L clothing company sales of fine management of the current situation,and the lack of corresponding reasons,targeted analysis strategies which promote the implementation of fine management of L clothing company,so as to accelerate the company's market for clothing sales activities to provide reference value.This paper first describes the background of the market sales of refined management,in the domestic economic development under the background of the rapid growth of the clothing company,especially under the environment of market economy,the quality of people's pursuit of a better life,which also makes the clothing market competition is increasingly intense.The clothing company set up so far,has always maintained a good development trend,however,with the expansion of company scale and market sales pattern in the past extensive and experiential nature is difficult to adapt to the need of the development of the company,to market a new sales model of transition to fine management,determine the sustained and rapid development and a new growth point of the company thus,in order to promote the clothing enterprises to better position their mission and responsibility,to enhance the modernization of the company management to benefit,development and transformation of modern company management,to ensure that the company in the development of health in the long.In this paper,by definition,meticulous management and sales of fine management characteristics,the necessity and significance of the analysis on the management of the L clothing company market sales of fine,there are mining existing L clothing company's marketing team work,staff responsibilities are vague positioning,resolve their problem is not strong,lack of sales process,grasp the market exists fuzziness,customer service,sales data behind the perception of force is not enough and other practical problems,analyze the reasons for the existence of which is put forward according to the fine management of the sales strategy such as the main training staff in this work the accuracy,do research,market sales of refined market sales strategy,the fine refinement of the sales control,fully The use of big data has the intelligence research and strengthening the corporate culture construction,and for the clothing company's sales and marketing activities specified in the path of sustainable development,to promote the popularization and application of fine management in the clothing company's marketing management plays a role of guidance and reference.
