In the current fierce market competition,if companies want to maintain their existing advantages and achieve sustainable development, they must do a good job in attracting and condensing talents. As a special employment group, newly recruited college graduates have received higher education, possessed specialized knowledge and skills, and are highly innovative and malleable, which is a new driving force for enterprise development. This paper conducts a systematic theoretical study on the motivation of newly recruited college graduates and conducts an empirical investigation on their motivational needs, which provides a reference for enterprises to encourage new college graduates. This paper combines the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, takes newly recruited college students who have graduated for no more than three years as the research object, and conducts empirical research on their motivational factors preference selection;extracts 18 incentive factors through interviews and other means, and constructs new recruits. The motivational factor hypothesis model of college students;and the descriptive analysis of the data through spss22.0 software, the five incentive factors that the newly recruited college students attach the most attention to are:personal growth, leadership quality, compensation and benefits, promotion and development, and ability to play, and Comparative analysis of the top five motivational factors most important to college students who have been employed for more than three years is:company prospects, personal growth, leadership qualities, job recognition, and promotion.Through factor analysis,we divided the incenti-ve factors from five dimensions, including:work motivation factors, growth motivation factors, interpersonal motivation factors, organizational incentive factors, and reward incentive factors.By analysis of variance,we can draw a conclusion that the age of new college students, the level of their cities, the number of years of entry, and the level of monthly income have a significant effect on their choice of incentive factors.Specifically, the population aged 24-28 is more concerned with the organizational incentive factors than the 18-23 age group;the newly recruited college students in the third-tier and lower-tier cities pay more attention to the reward incentive factors;the new entry period is 1-3 years.Enrolled college students pay more attention to reward incentives;monthly income of 4,000 to 6,000 new college students pay more attention to organizational incentive factors and interpersonal motivation factors. Finally,we revised the assumption model of incentive factors for newly recruited college graduates, and proposed three principles that should be followed to motivate this graduates.
